Sehr enttäuschend… + Frühstück − Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht um uns 2 schöne Tage auf Koh samet zu machen. Ohne Stress einfach am „privaten Strand“ entspannen. Es gab keinen Strand!! Uns wurde gesagt dass dies Jahreszeiten bedingt war aber diesen „Strand“ trotzdem in der Beschreibung versprechen? Schwierig. (Mal davon abgesehen, dass November Thailands Hochsaison ist) Die „Bar“ war einfach nur ein Tisch neben der Rezeption mit Getränken und einen Fahrradverleih gab es nicht. Rollenverleih nur ohne Helm! Personal war bemüht aber Chefin (?) hat nur an sich gedacht, als wir sagten dass wir gerne die Unterkunft wechseln würden (noch keine Nacht im Hotel verbracht.. 1h nach Anreise) sagte sie, dass es für sie keinen Sinn machen würde unsere Buchung zu stornieren, da wir bereits eingecheckt haben. Eigentlich nicht unser Problem oder? Das Sofa in unserem Zimmer war sehr fleckig und der Weg zum Strand bzw. irgendwo hin? Mindestens 2-3km… Danke aber nein, hier muss das Booking Profil DRIN…

+ Clean and comfortable, well equipped. Helpful staff. Nice seaviews from many rooms. − Beach access at hotel only in late afternoon when tide is low. But you can have av swim directly from the restaurant. Rest of the beach more or less privatized by other hotels. Lovely view over turqoise waters though. Breakfast a bit chaotic and unorganised. Food at restaurant did not impress. Better restaurants nearby.

הצוות מקסים ושירותי המיקום נחמד מאוד, הייתה חופשה מקסימה, תודה :) + המקום נמצא באזור שקט ולא קרוב לרעש של מרכז האי. אבל גם נמצא במיקום לא מבודד ושומם. יש חוף נחמד אך פחות מתויר כמו שאר החופים באי. נחמד לפחות שם את הבוקר. לקחנו את החדר עם האמבטיה שהיה מקסים ומרווח. − המקלחת נמצאת על השירותים ועל הכיור הכל נרטב מסביב, השירותים, הכיור וגם המכשיר לייבוש שיער והחשמל. ארוחת הבוקר קצת פשוטה אבל בסך הכל נחמדה.

Great beach, lovely quiet location and nice room to chill out on on the island. + I stayed in a seaview room and it was lovely! The room was perfect and it had all the amenities I needed. I was travelling alone so the small single bed next to my double bed acted as a good space for all my things. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating my breakfast, having coffee and watching the sun/sea. The hotel is on the quiet side of the island but I hired a bike and scooted around everywhere. I liked how the hotel had the option to buy alcohol and snacks from reception. I read lots of reviews that questioned the hotel staff friendliness and the cleanliness of the hotel but I did not experience this. − Not the hotels fault at all but there were two families with really noisy children. The parents just left them to play in the middle of the rooms (at the tables) and didn't do anything when they were shouting and screaming

+ Krásná klidná lokalita. Pokoj přímo u moře - při probuzení při přílivu bylo pod terasou moře. Snídaně též přímo u moře. Užasné....

+ Très bel hôtel qui donne sur la plage, superbe chambre avec grand balcon vue mer. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire vue sur mer. Personnel accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, très bon restaurant aussi, je recommande le poulet aux noix de cajou! Au calme au nord de l'île, loin de l'agitation (location de scooter nécessaire, à prévoir à l'avance avec l'hôtel, forte demande). − La salle de bain côté douche: on a les pieds dans l'eau pour aller aux toilettes ou utiliser le lavabo après la douche.

Top notch except for bed mattress. + Location was excellent. Private beach Area. Staff was excellent. Meals were great. Older, but quaint and cozy rooms. − The only negative we had was that our bed was way too firm for us.My wife, Sheri and myself are in our 70's and a softer matress is essential for our aging bodies. The staff did their best to help us with this. They installed a mattress type pad , however it did very little to help.

+ Beautiful beach front location. I had room 101 which was the suite and was stunning view. Breakfast was included and sufficient. Small resort for a peaceful break.

− A pretty good hotel, could use a little makeover. The room has a good view of the sea. However, I had a bad feeling that someone had been in my room even though I hadn't ordered cleaning. I noticed that the air conditioner had been turned off even though I left it on when I left the room. I had also left a gold necklace on the table as soon as I arrived at the hotel and it was on the table the whole time. When I left, I didn't remember the jewelry, because it was no longer on the table when I packed my things. I only remembered this after I had already left. When I asked the hotel about the jewelry, they said they hadn't found it. There are no other options for the jewelry to disappear than the hotel room. This stay left an unfair impression.

+ There was some insects in the room - The AC facing the bed, literally a nightmare getting blown by the AC while sleeping. The receptionist not really welcoming, had attitude. Also I left the room and came back someone got in after and turn the AC off Location far from the main beach and there is stray dogs here and there. I would definitely not stay there for a second time
