Sehr tolles Hotel mit grossen Zimmern + Wir waren fast den ganzen Aufenthalt hier. Riesige Zimmer und tolles Personal. Rollerverleih macht auch das Hotel. Toller Pool und super Lage. Zwar etwas versteckt aber wunderschöne Anlage und alle nahegelegenen Strände super erreichbar.

+ Muuten kiva hotelli mutta sänky oli kivikova ja lastenallasta oli todella syvä. Eli en suosittele lapsiperheille. Ja uima-altaalla tasan 6 aurinkotuolia. Aamiainen niukka . Olimme maksaneet viikon mutta lähdimme 2 päivää aiemmin koska oli sen verran huono kokemus. Plussaa oli että huone oli todella iso.

Horrible + My stay was not at all I shouldn’t owe one penny. Cab driver took me to bad location after location. Feared for my safety. The site of hotel was not safe location and was nothing like the pictures showed. Will not use Orbitz again if not refunded.

Phuket Experience + We decided on a last minute trip to Phuket for the CNY holiday. We found a Orbitz deal that brought us to Rawai Grand House. The Grand House is a selection of Villas from 1 to 3 bedroom. They were very clean and nice. The place could use a little up keep. The rooms and beds are slightly dated, but the overall stay was very good.

Not come back + Never come back again. Air around the pool sometimes smelling bad, hotel next to a trash collection facility. Much more disappointing is the unfriendly and not attentive staff. There are mich more value-for-money occasions around.

Flott hotell + Flott hotell og rommet var stort, ryddig og behagelig, men de kunne åpenbart lagt mer i frokosten. Vi endte opp med å spise den ute, med unntak av første dagen. Rawai strand er flott, men ikke egnet for bading - 5 min gange fra hotellet. Hotellet har shutte bus som kjører tur/ retur NAI harn som er en nydelig strand.

Bad + Staff and security unfriendly, they sleeping at night time, nobody in reception, we drive in hotel from main gate can't because the security was sleep,room, bed was dirty, air condition and TV can't work, never come again

Great bang for the buck, but don’t be misguided about closeness to the beach... + First, absolute great, happy, and pleasurable service! Room sizes are beyond big, and price point is amazing! Only problem is they keep just one gate open, and most GPS use the other for location, which is the entrance to the main mansion actually. Pool was beautiful, and gym well equipped. Breakfast was nothing special, but quickly served and hot! Only issue is it is about a 15 minute walk to Rawai beach, and most restaurants and other places. Not really close to the beachfront and you’ll need a vehicle to really get any where. Grounds are gorgeous, and for $60 a night with breakfast and wi-fi you really cannot complain. Recommended to families and people that want a slower paced, more private experience but are not limited by transportation budgets.

Mixed imressions + Basically the place was fine, but furniture and linans need to be renoveted. We stay here fo 8 days and total coast for 11 persons was about 3800 USD. After check out it seemed to the staff that 3 towels were lost and they decided to check our luggage.

+ Hotellet ligger ungefär 750 m från centrum, lite svårt att hitta dit. Kräver hyra sv moppe om man ska stanna en stund. Bra frukost pool. Lite fyrkantigt att kräva 3000 baht närmare 1000 kr trots att man betalt i förväg

+ Själva boendet var toppen. Inte jättekul runtom vid Rawai Beach. Dock hade hotellet en minibuss som gick till Nai Harn Beach 2 ggr på förmiddagen och sedan även hämtning kl 17 som ingick varje dag. Den stranden var toppen och det tog endast 7-8 minuter att åka dit.

Great Value + Rawai Grand House rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly & happy. Restaurant not open at night but everything is only a walk away.

+ My husband and I loved the hotel. The buildings, the rooms, cleanliness, everything about the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, helpful and attentive to our needs, going that extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. I would certainly not hesitate to go back to the Rawai Grand House hotel.
