I'm staying here again + Best place I could have stayed. Clean, friendly, and right near the beach location. Honestly could not have chosen a better place. − For me everything was great. There's everything you need near by, food, transportation and they had connections to a lot of the tourist attractions. Family owned business they were great and always available.

Great accomodation for great money + Super clean, spacious room. Very kind hosts, always ready to help. A lot of options for breakfast nearby. Cosy beds. − Noise from the street (bikes, yes, for European may be little bit noisy) but soundproofing of sliding windows is good so be ready to sleep with A/C on and closed windows.

+ Лучший из не дорогих отелей. Проживали в номере 303. Тишина и спокойствие. Уборка каждый день. Полы моют, не просто подметаают. Постельное и полотенца не новые, но всегда постираны и пахнут кондиционером. Персонал очень приветлив, на любые вопросы, просьбы сразу реагируют. Есть кухня, можно попить чай, кофе, есть тосты, джем, все бесплатно. Так же имеется микроволновка, тостерница и термоспот. Есть пляжные полотенца, так же можно взять коврики для пляжа и даже шляпы. До пляжа минут 5-7. Много обменника, кафе, спа-салонов. Не далеко ночной рынок. Все в шаговой доступности. Отель рекомендуем.

Super clean, comfortable accommodation, near the beach + The room was big with a balcony ( I did not know we would have one :-)). Nice view. Quiet place near the main road and the beach. Everyday cleaning service = no sand in the room and drinking water. Fridge and air conditioning were working effectively. We came for check in after midnight (a receptionist wait for us) by an arranged transfer (not the cheapest option possible, but normal price and it was easy to navigate through organization). The payment possible with credit card with 3% bank surcharge - we paid accommodation and transfer fee together at the reception, so we did not need to exchange money at the airport through not good rate. − We selected the accommodation as well for offered facilities - but except check in I never met anybody at the reception. I did not receive the answer about ordered transfer for a long time - only shortly before trip when I started to panic about not confirmed reservation, so I wrote to the e…

I was visiting family and it was just right for me on this trip. + The staff members of Kata View Guest House are very warm, kind, and helpful. Kata View Guest House is a very clean and attractive place. I like the pretty granite main staircase and the granite details in the decor. My understanding is a family member actually built the staircase! I appreciate the real wood furniture in the rooms, too.
