+ 1. The room service was bad. They do not re supply the basics like coffee, toilet paper. 2. Bathrooms have mold; I don’t believe they clean them 3. The food was insipid and horrible. 4. The batteries in the remotes are dead

My stay was comfortable. 7/11 close by. Motorbike rental accross the street. + Location was good. It serves the purpose of a place to stay that’s clean and try’s to offer a bit of luxury. − It’s pretty used up. A lot of people have been through it. The reception area is not nice. The reception was acceptable. The staff didn’t engage much. But that’s ok with me.

Bad location, run down property, stay away. + The big pool was pretty nice − everything was very dated, it was dirty, and there was a very bad sewer smell in our room and on our floor. The property is in serious need of a facelift. The second Pool had 20% of the tiles falling off and it was covered with algae. The maid never came once to clean the room in three days. Stay somewhere else.

Enjoyable + Even with lots of families and kids this place was relaxing outside of the main busy loud spots of Pattaya but still close enough to take a grab or bolt taxi for cheap there. The pools area were well maintained everyday and Staff absolutely went above and beyond to make us feel good changing us room or coming right away if something was not functioning right. Room was good size and very comfortable. Cheap breakfast in the morning and The shuttle bus bringing us for free all day to and from the beach was convenient. − We really wish that there was more life to the hotel like the bar at the lobby was always close without any music and the restaurant was only open from 10:00-12:00pm (2hrs) after breakfast if you wanted some lunch options it was much more limited but apparently we came in a too quiet time…

+ Excellent staff and facilities. Area outside is a little rough but not bad. Many restaurants and markets within walking distance as well as the beach. I recommend having the Bolt app for taxi service.

Very good + The staff is extremely polite and friendly, although they lack facilities in the restaurant and other places, they do their best to make you feel comfortable.

סה"כ טובה + החדר היה מעולה, הצוות נחמד ושרותי − הייתי צריכה כול פעם ולבקש שינקו את החדר. הם באמת באו אבל היה לי יותר נעים למצוא חדר נקי, מגבות והכול מבלי שאבקש

Bra säng + Sängen − Ingenstans stod det att det var rökförbud på balkongen. Sådan info skall finnas när man bokar. Dålig frukost för farang.

ไม่ตรงตามที่คาดหวังไว้ + ห้องพักสะอาด − สระว่ายน้ำใช้ได้ไม่ครบทุกสระ ปิดและมีเครื่องสูบน้ำตลอด น้ำในสระไม่สะอาด แถวโต๊ะสนุ๊กไม่สะอาดมีฝุ่นเยอะ อาหารเช้าน้อย ไม่หลากหลาย
