Koh Samui is a lovely place, but if I return I would probably change hotel, I had a nose bleed through the night and I w + We upgraded our villa as we decided to stayed longer as we were no longer going to Phuket. So villa was much nicer on the beach. − We received an email saying they had no pool as it was being refurbished , gave us a choice to stay and would give us upgraded villas as wee booked 2 , we decided to stay as we knew there was a beach . But the upgraded rooms when we arrived were not great so we needed to upgrade again . Which cost a lot of money.

+ Questo posto per me è stato meraviglioso. Staff gentilissimo e ci ha supportato ogni giorno con varie richieste (noleggio moto, supporto perché abbiamo forato una gomma, transfer per l'aeroporto...). Stanza pulita, spaziosa, sempre dotata di acqua e caffè. Zona perfetta. Pulizie fatte tutti i giorni.

+ Sehr schöne Anlage, etwas außerhalb von Lamai gelegen. Grosse Bungalows die guter Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück ist im Hotel zu bekommen. Hotel bietet kostenlosen Transfer zum Lamai Strand. − -

+ Vriendelijk personeel. We zochten een huurauto, deze boden ze ons aan voor een goede prijs. Het strand is de weg oversteken, het is een rustig plekje (prive strand) op loopafstand zijn er supermarkten en restaurants. Gratis transfer naar vliegveld ter compensatie van het zwembad dat nog niet af was. Ontbijt gemaakt voor onderweg naar vliegveld − Het zwembad nog niet af en helaas mindere bedden. Deze waren door gezakt. Blijft moeilijk voor b&b om goede bedden te plaatsen.

מאכזב + מיטה − מרוחק. מטעה מהבחינה שלא צמוד לחוף ים ובין שני חלקי המלון עובר כביש סואן. הבריכה בשיפוץ ומסוכנת לרחצה. אעש שיפוצים מעיר מוקדם בבוקר. החדר והמתחם מלא מפגעי בטיחות

Would not recommend. Run down and bad location + Not a great deal sadly. − When booking the property was advertised the pool would be renovated by mid August only to find its very much a building site. On our first morning we had no running water. Bungalows are pretty run down, holes in bedding. The doors bang in the wind and you can hear the road very clearly. There is no beach really. Don’t believe the photos. We had to get taxis everywhere, not a good location. No vegetarian option for breakfast No bar or anywhere particularly nice to sit. Reception only open during certain hours and we’ve had more welcoming staff in other hotels.
