DO NOT BOOK! Stains and fluids from prior guests on sheets. Unwashed! + Snot and blood on walls. Most disgusting place I've been. They don't even wash the sheets or towels. Imagine how many people did stuff and it is reused over and over again. It's plain disgusting. Many stains found in room and towels as well. There is also black mold on the walls. Place is a health hazard

+ I stayed here for 2 weeks from the 1st to the 13th of January, I had a lovely stay at the p72, with great staff and a short walk to the Pattaya nightlife, I will be back again

+ It served its purpose. It’s super cheap for a reason. The bed and room was as basic as it gets. Less than 2 min walk from walking street. I only stayed one night to visit Pattaya while I was on my trip in Bangkok.

+ My go to hotel when the price is right and rooms are available 10 meters to walking street and 7/11 Cleaning is always immaculate and plenty of smiles

+ I liked the view of the ocean, as well as, the distant and skyline view of the city from my hotel room. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room was impeccable! Finally, the bathroom appearance had a modern appeal as if it had been renovated. The bathroom, as well as the room itself, was kept clean daily during my stay. The only thing that I can think of that needed addressing was the low water pressure in the shower, and the water temperature never got above room temperature.....and I was there for 2 weeks! Additionally, my room was smaller than expected. However, other than that.....everything was ok!

+ Its right on the walking street so if you are looking to party its definitely convenient for that, but it falls short in alot of areas. To begin, while the cleaning lady was very pleasant, the front desk lady seemed over-worked and barely acknowledged me when checking in and out. The rooms are very basic, with a bed that is so hard it will make you sore after 1 night. The fridge was tiny and not very cold. The room safe did not work and theres not really anywhere to put your clothes if you dont want to live out of your luggage bag. I should also say that while i didnt factor this into my score, it should be noted that if you are planning on sleeping at night, that the hotel is located next to a bar which has live music on the weekends, which plays until 2-3am so you will struggle to sleep if you're planning on having an early night.
