+ הליכה של 5 דק מבית חבד ומסעדות כשרות חוץ ים מעבר לכביש צוות נחמד ואדיב יש הסעות למרכז מספר פעמים ביום הלוך חזור − המלון על הר לא נוח מבחינת לצאת ולהכנס המון מדרגות לא כלכך נוח

+ Nice location − One of the pools was closed and bar service was slow. Also, we booked for a family of 4, then got charged extra for an additional bed - which was misleading.

جميله + الموقع بشاشه الموظفين الافطار متنوع − الغرفه كان فيها نمل بشكل كبير الدرج للغرفه متعب لكبار السن لو يسون جسر للبحر يطلع مرررره حلو ويسهل الوصول

+ The location. − For context, I originally booked a 1-night stay and later modified the reservation to 2 nights through Booking.com. However, only the original 1-night amount was precharged, and the additional THB 4,510.60 for the second night was not collected due to an error acknowledged by Booking.com. Booking.com later contacted me and instructed me to pay this outstanding amount directly to the hotel, which led to the confusing and contradictory situation described below. Before my arrival, the hotel initially told me that they could not accept this additional payment directly and that Booking.com had to settle it with them, even warning that I might not be allowed to check in if the payment was not completed. Later, the hotel changed its position and agreed to collect THB 4,510.60 from me at check-in, which I paid at around 1 PM. However, at around 6 PM the same day, Booking.com charged me the exact same amount again. I immediately informed the hotel about the duplicate paym…

Thanks to all the staff + الفندق جميل، واللوبي رائع بإطلالته الجميلة على البحر، ولكن المرافق والأثاث قديمان بعض الشيء ويحتاجان إلى بعض التجديد. The hotel is beautiful, and the lobby is wonderful with a lovely view of the sea. However, the facilities and furniture are a little outdated and could use some renovation. − الفندق يقع على مرتفع كبير، وبالفعل تتوفر خدمة توصيل إلى الأسفل، ولكنه معزول بعض الشيء عن المناطق المحيطة. كذلك لا يوجد مصعد للوصول إلى الغرف، لذلك يجب عليك الصعود والنزول مشيًا، وقد يكون ذلك متعبًا بعض الشيء. السرير لم يكن مريحًا بالنسبة لي، وربما يعود ذلك إلى أن الأثاث قديم بعض الشيء The hotel is located on a steep hill, and there is indeed a shuttle service available to take guests down. However, the hotel is somewhat isolated from the surrounding areas. There is also no elevator to access the rooms, so you have to walk up and down, which can be a little hard. The bed was not very comfortable for me, possibly because the furniture is a little dated.
