+ ใกล้หาดมาก เดินไปนิดเดียวก็ถึงหาดเลยค่ะ มีร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ และมีตลาดด้วย ค่ะ − ห้องติดถนนได้ยินเสียงรถชัดมากค่ะ

+ The location is great, just off jomtien beach, a couple minutes from the night market. Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed, good TV and Aircon. Also, the staff were great, especially the girl at reception with glasses, very kind and accommodating, does her job very well.

Fantastic + The reception staff were absolutely fantastic 😊 I had a back room with a view. The bed was very very comfortable. The Italian restaurant next door is superb. Will stay there again

Very poor hotel has definitely gotten worse over the years and still showing old photos to promote.itself + Very poor still using photos from years ago and not under same owners − Booked a delux room with city view. Was not given this . But after 4 days they offered me a delux room with city view but I declined as was two more floors up and no elevator room had poor water pressure and had used condom in bedside cabinet room not cleaned properly before arrival or checked.

+ It was Ok. But for a long stay- little expensive − There is always some maintenance issues in every hotel , there is no exception neither And no elevator! Staff- wonderfull
