Non da 4 stelle + Letto matrimoniale molto grande e comodo − Parto dal presupposto che se prenoto un 4 stelle mi aspetto di trovare il confort di quel livello. Purtroppo non è andata così: -la colazione si fa in una struttura a parte e non in hotel, ma non sarebbe stato un problema se non per il fatto che non c’è praticamente nulla (fetta di pane con marmellata, cocomero oppure riso e uova e poco altro) tutto il resto è a pagamento, come cappuccino, yogurt frutta ecc e non si può pagare nemmeno con la carta ma only cash - l’acqua calda nella doccia va e viene, mai costante e impossibile da regolare - il condizionatore fa un rumore forte costante, che di notte è abbastanza fastidioso A posteriori purtroppo non avrei prenotato qui

Hotel dat zich beter voordoet + Comfortabel bed en een goede locatie. − Het zou een vier sterren hotel zijn, echter was het ontbijt samen met een hostel. Het ontbijt was hierbij enorm beperkt en niet zoals voorgesteld bij de boeking. De hygiëne viel ook tegen, hierop zou het hotel hoog scoren, naar onze mening was deze score niet verdient. Het was een klein, simpel hotel, de kamer was kleiner dan de afbeeldingen oogte. Het was zijn vier sterren zeker niet waard.

I accidentally left my phone in a Bolt car after arriving at the hotel, and Mr. Ko immediately stepped in to help. He went above and beyond — contacting Bolt/the driver, speaking with him directly, coordinating everything, and making sure my phone was safely returned to me within just 20 minutes. He was incredibly helpful, calm, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole situation. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stay memorable and gives guests a real sense that they are being looked after. A huge thank you to Mr. Ko — Lanna Thaphae Hotel is very lucky to have him!
