+ staff at property was quite hostile. though accommodating, felt that they could do with a smile on their faces. after all, we are there for a holiday.

Exceptional Stay at Aspira One Suthisan – A Lifesaver for a Solo Mum Traveling with a Baby! + Traveling solo overseas with my 10-month-old baby for the first time—and with tons of luggage and baby gear—was quite a challenge, but the team at Aspira One Suthisan made it an absolute breeze! Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel does not have bell service. However, as soon as the staff saw that I needed help, they enthusiastically jumped in to assist without hesitation. Even though the trolley was quite small, the team worked together seamlessly, offering as many hands as I needed to get everything to my room. The same outstanding support was provided during check-out as well. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a world of difference. A huge thank you to Wan, Klang, Yim, Ole, Noona, and Tae for your warmth, generosity, and incredible hospitality. You made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless, and I couldn’t have done…

+ I had an excellent 4-night stay at Aspira One Sutthisan. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given the area. It’s just a short walk to the MRT (Sutthisan station), which made it easy to explore Bangkok. Also close to local food spots and 7-Eleven. A great spot to relax after a long day out. Would definitely stay again!

+ 一人にはちょうどいいホテルでした。ご飯も美味しかったです。猫がたまにいて、猫好きとしてはたまりませんでした。 ただ宿泊したお部屋は洗面台はお湯が出たのに、シャワーはお湯が出ません（少し混ざってる感じはしましたが８割水）でした。他の部屋はわかりませんが、そういった点では海外慣れしていない方には少し大変かもしれません。

+ The location of this hotel is very good, just next to Sutthisan MRT. There are plenty of food options, from Thai to Chinese and even KFC is nearby. There's a very affordable food market for office workers nearby, lots of delicious food, similar to those found at night market. The room and its toilet are very clean, comfortable bed and cosy interior design. Though the shower's tap is hard to use, either the water came out is too cold or too hot. The staffs are very friendly, greeting everyone coming to entrance.
