A truly wonderful experience + We arrived in low season September and were worried that everything would be closed….we had nothing to worry about. Yes, it is very quiet but it does not detract from the quality of service. The staff here are out of this world, so very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, definitely go to the restaurants. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfasts had everything you could wish for. I went for a massage and the 50% voucher made the price incredibly reasonable. We have two days left here and I will definitely be coming back. What a joy!

Fantastic 2nd time at sentido + What a beautiful place with wonderful people who work so hard. Very easy and friendly check in and very easy check out. This is my second time here and normally I never return to same place but this is an exception and I will come back again for more from this wonderful place Sak was exceptional and so was may and Nan. Brilliant staff

Top time in Khao Lak. + Great hotel. Fantastic location for dining out, all staff excellent friendly and efficient. High standard of cleanliness with nothing too much bother. Top quality rooms with everything you need. Great gym set up with top aqua aerobic classes by Alice. Even in torrential rain. (If anyone knows her signature tune...please post it). Overall a top 2 weeks in Khao Lak.

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. + Exceeded our expectations. When we arrived my elderly mum was unwell, and all the staff went above and beyond to assist and care for her. The resort is stunning, beautiful gardens, 4 pools and the spa is one of the best I’ve used. But above all, it’s the staff that really make this resort amazing. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay in a lovely hotel Sentido khao lak + Absolutely fabulous hotel in a good location just on the edge of the main strip in Khao Lak. It's on the beach the rooms were great but might need to request a lower floor if you struggle with steps, we stayed right up in the trees was an amazing experience. All the staff can't do enough for you and look after your every need. Gluten free options on request which was an added bonus. Lovely clean hotel definitely reccomend this hotel if your in khao lak. Thailand

Relaxing + If you looking for a relaxed holiday this is the place the surroundings are just amazing full of trees ,plants and flowers just by the sea with plenty of pools to choose from too , all the staff are very friendly and very hardworking making sure everything is clean and nothing is to much. On arrival we were greeted by smiling ( Sunny ) who was very friendly and attentive, at the check out ( May ) made sure that all our needs were fulfilled we were very thankful for that , we want to say a big thank you to the lady that cleaned our room ( Pattrawadee ) The food and drinks very good too always plenty of choices. One downside, as we have travel long distances before and this never happened, was the fact that after travelling for 21h we had to wait 3.5h for the room to be ready, we understand times for check out but considering that our check out was at 6.30am we were expecting that we could also check in on arrival, nevertheless our time here was amazing and we most d…

A wonderful stay. + Our hotel experience wasn’t perfect, but every time we made the staff on reception aware of a problem, it was addressed without issue. Particularly worthy of mention is May, nothing was too much trouble, she was unfailingly helpful and pleasant, always a greeting and interested in whatever we were doing.

Great hotel with a beachfront setting. + Great hotel with a lovely beachfront setting. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Room was a decent size and cleaned daily by the cheerful ladies. Most staff were good and a special thank you to Tu on the security gate who always took the time to wish us a happy day.

Sentido is an excellent choice of hotel + Sentido is an excellent choice of hotel, it has a good location with a cozy beach and nice rooms. The breakfast has a wide variety from hot dishes to all kinds of fruits. The hotel has a very friendly staff and is really service oriented, I would especially like to point out Tu who is a security guard, but also the young guy who hands out beach towels.

Disappointed won’t rerun to this hotel + Disappointed. Sentido Khao Lak After a 12 hours flight, and 1.5 hrs to get through immigration we arrived at our hotel at 11:30 am. Only to be told that we cannot check into our room until after 3 o’clock.. this was a 3 1/2 hour wait. We were told we could change in the toilets and then wait and lie by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was lovely and in all honesty the best part about this hotel was that our bed was so comfy. Breakfast was in one small restaurant area where everybody eats and is chaos during the mornings from 8 o’clock onwards. Having travelled around the world, this is probably the worst hotel for food choice for the English. Sunbeds are not allowed on the beach, they are tucked away under the trees so if you want to lie in the sun you have no chance. You have to lie on your towel on the beach. Fantastiskt hotell + Staying at the hotel was fantastic. All the service was exceptionally good. The treatment from you made us feel very welcome. If we had any requests, you fulfilled them as much as possible. The food was good and what a fantastic service I received for every breakfast with gluten-free. The room was always clean and nice. The staff at the reception were professional. You were all patient, you talked to us, joked and were always happy. You paid attention to us guests with warmth and heart. You made sure we had a good time and felt good. A big thank you for the care you showed us and all the entertainment. I didn't have time to collect all the names, but here are the names of several of the staff who were absolutely wonderful. Excellent hotel with an amazing team of staff. + Location of Sentido is perfect, 10 mins walk away to center plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Sentido resort quiet but with big personality. All the staff are so helpful and lovely and cannot do enough for you. Shout out to Kwan was in mountain bat first week makes the best Miami Vice cocktails and in restaurant for breakfast service...very lovely and recognised us with a smile and very helpful. The hotel was very clean where housekeeping work really hard to keep everything spotless. Beds comfy room in mountain wing perfect. Food and variety of food at breakfast was very good. It was my 50th birthday so we enjoyed the sunset beach private dining experience which was spectacler, we had our own server who was fantastic and also doubled up as photographer. Food was top-notch, so much food we couldn't get through it all and we took our Deserts back to room. Beautiful beaches and pools..it really was the staff and hotel that made this…

Sentido Khao Lak + The experience with Sentido exceeded our expectations by far. There is nothing to complain about at all. Nice and accommodating staff in every way. From the guy with the towels to the cleaners, the restaurant staff and the receptionists. I would like to mention Jake a little extra who on every occasion gave that little extra. Don’t hesitate to stay here! + Nice mix of American, Dutch. German guests. Staff bent over backwards to serve. Had to check out at noon. Departure wasn’t until 7 pm—resort set us up with towels, showers, hair dyers, and luggage storage. Stayed at beach for a little longer and could use cash at restaurant. 8 am daily yoga with the capable Alice from the Philippines made this Filipina very happy. Maraming salamat po.

Fabulous fitness techniques with Alice. + Loved our fitness sessions with Aliz (Alice)..daily aqua size in the pool was such fun and a great workout, we decided to try herThai Chi classes. Brilliant! Some held in the gym and the morning class took place on the beautiful beach. Loved being in the fresh air, with the sound of the sea behind us ..what a great way to start the day. Highly recommend. Alice gives clear and simple instructions and is a great motivator.

The best Aquafit with ALIZ + We are here at gorgeous Sentido Khao Lak for 3 weeks and we LOVE the daily Aquafit sessions with ALIZ (Alice). She makes it such fun and the sessions end in a 'perfect' way, setting us up for the rest of the day... We also do Tai Chi classes with ALIZ and this morning we had our 8am class on the beautiful beach; total wellbeing.... Thank you ALIZ, this is our third holiday at this hotel and we were so pleased that ALIZ is still here....

Hotel 4 out of 6 + We stayed here for three night. We had a Mountain View room. Nice room with a sea view. Spacious and modern. Sweets and fruit in the room when we arrived. The beach setting was very nice. However, after our previous hotels this had an overwhelming feeling of being crammed in. There are plenty of pools and sun beds. Unfortunately I can't recommend the food, breakfast was ok but nothing special. We had the buffet one night, it was pretty poor value for money after the other hotels we have stayed at on this trip. Plenty of better food outside the hotel!
