+ Staff friendly, always smiling Room very clean. Nice view from the restaurant. Breakfast very good as was the food later. − No hot water, spoke to reception a number of times, they said maintenance had fixed. I later realised their term of hot water is Teppid!! There aren't any nearby bars and restaurants you would have to walk about 20 mins, this doesn't seem far but in the heat and humidity it is. The hotel is advertised as 4 star, it is a good 3 star. .

We had a great one-week stay with very helpful staff, a good breakfast served by a friendly breakfast team, and a comfor + I liked that the complex was quiet, secure, and well maintained. − The pool and rooftop terrace were good, but they could use a bit of an upgrade.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Seaphere Pattaya. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully divided into separate living and sleeping areas, making it both comfortable and relaxing. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. We’d especially like to thank Peng, the bellboy, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Pattaya.

+ พนักงานบริการดีมาก ชั้นที่พักเห็นวิวทะเล − ความสะอาดของห้องยังไม่สะอาด พื้นมีฝุ่น ยังมีเศษเส้นผม และมีแมลงมีปีกตัวเล็กๆ ประตูฝั่งระเบียงปิดได้ไม่สนิทไม่รู้ติดอะไร ทำให้ล็อคไม่ได้ และมีเสียงลมตึงๆพัดเข้ามาในห้องตลอดทั้งคืน ห้องพักดีมีเตาทำอาหารครบ ไม่ได้ใช้เลย แต่เก้าอี้นั่งทานอาหารในห้องมี 1 ตัว น้อยเกินไปสำหรับ 2 คน ควรมีเก้าอี้อย่างน้อย 2 ตัว จะเป็นเก้าอี้ไม่มีพนักพิงเก็บเข้าใต้โต๊ะก็ได้ ขอแค่นั่งทานอาหารได้ 2 คน ไม่ต้องมีใครยืนกิน
