Complete relaxation and a full reset. + During our two-week trip to Thailand, we stayed in four different hotels (ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 THB per night), and this is the only one we can truly say we would come back to. The vibe here is absolutely amazing. People in Thailand are generally very friendly, but here you can really feel that the kindness is genuine, not just professional. The massage was wonderful:) highly recommend. We actually had a more expensive and worse massage on Phi Phi. I don’t understand the negative reviews about the breakfast. Yes, there is no typical buffet or huge selection, but everything they serve is very tasty and well-prepared. I recommend the potatoes with eggs and bacon, or boiled rice with pork. For dessert, I had pancakes with peanut butter and strawberry jam - delicious! This is the cleanest beach on the island, and the snorkeling right in front of the hotel is the best we’ve experienced. + Wunderbar, ein Traum. Wer von einer Trauminsel spricht, sollte nach Koh Ngai fahren und wer in einer netten Bungalowanlage, mit familiären Touch bleiben möchte für den ist Mayalay das richtige. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Danke an die Staff, es war unglaublich schön!!!

+ Venue l'année dernière, j'avais gardé un excellent souvenir de cet établissement. − Malheureusement, mon séjour de cette année s'est très mal passé sur le plan commercial. La veille de notre arrivée, la navette maritime de l'hôtel (seul moyen d'accès à l'île) a été annulée pour des raisons météo. La seule alternative proposée étant près de 10 fois plus chère et hors budget, et sans solution abordable le lendemain, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre sur place et nous sommes retrouvés sans logement au dernier moment. Bien que le problème météo soit indépendant de leur volonté, je déplore l'absence totale de geste commercial : la direction a refusé le moindre remboursement, même partiel, et nous a fait payer la totalité du séjour. C'est très dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité. Un conseil : soyez bien sûrs de la météo avant de réserver.
