Bad experince + Due to road constraction it was difficult to find a way to hotel. Hotel phone number on hotels.com was also incorrect, i called to it and asked help, but number was to another hotel. Finally we manged to find a hotel phone number, but it did not help hotel stuff was guiding us incorrectly. Finally with motorbike taxi help we manged to find a way to hotel via closed roads. At checking I gave my passport and showed them hotels.com reservation and reservation number. Front desk stuff struggeled to find our reservation. Finally they found it and said you have to pay. I showed them my reservation again where it was writen that reservation is paid. Nothing happends and afer 10 minutes i asked from front desk stuff may i see the reservation he was holding. It took me one second to find out that name on the reservation was not mine. Afer thst the started to search again and finally manged to find correct reservation.
