I would stay again but take plug in to be able to access Netflix and other streaming services. + Great location, friendly staff. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Amazing bath with river views − Very little English speaking TV, should be able to purchase movies or something else. Glass shower doors needed a clean but this may be because staff didn’t have the time rather than just not doing.

Etwas enttäuschend für den Preis + Lage ist perfekt. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Personal immer sehr freundlich und der Pool ist echt groß und sauber gewesen. Die Lage am See macht es aus. − Hotel war einfach nicht sauber und teilweise heruntergekommen. Viele Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen . Diese whirlpool im Zimmer habe ich mich nicht getraut zu benutzen, ich hatte hygienische bedenken, es sah nicht sauber aus. Das Zimmer an sich hatte Spinnen weben. Also ich frage mich ob sie überhaupt dort putzen.

+ We hadden een kamer aan het zwembad. Makkelijk instappen. Goede locatie in Kanchanaburi. Hotel heeft een tuin met prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Goed ontbijt. Badkamer is mooi ontworpen. − Loopband in de gym was stuk, gym zelf heel klein, weinig faciliteiten in gym.

Perfekte Lage + Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und liegt direkt am Fluss. Es hat einen großen Swimmingpool. − Der Checkin war nicht herzlich. Bei unseren Gepäckstück wurde uns nicht geholfen. Wir haben alles selbst in die Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer, der Außenbereich sowie das Restaurant waren sehr schmutzig. Alles wird nur oberflächlich am Laufen gehalten.

Goede locatie, faciliteiten goed, fantastisch personeel + De locatie, − Eigenlijk niets. Alleen de licht straat naar het zwembad mag netter afgewerkt worden.

Helemaal.prima (alleen jammer van die prijslijst voor gebroken items) + Fijne locatie, toegang tot het zwembad vanaf de kamer, alles netjes geregeld. Bubbelbad in de kamer! − Zoals we al gelezen hadden, wordt je eerst verteld wat alles kost als je iets kwijtraakt of kapot maakt. Je moet dan ook meteen een contractje tekenen. Dat voelt niet zo gastvrij. Hoewel het hotel verder helemaal prima was en best luxe, voelen andere hotels wat gezelliger aan

Damp, noisy air conditioning and no atmosphere + The location is good − The general state of the hotel is poor and needs a good cleaning. Our first room smelt damp and the bedding was damp, we asked the hotel to change the bedding on our first night. The air conditioner was very loud and it was difficult to get sleep. In the morning we asked to be moved to another room because of these problems and they didn’t seem to be surprised. On the second night the room was again damp and the air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off. Three nights at the hotel was enough for us, we would not recommend staying there.

Highly recommend! + It’s a charming property, we had a river view room with a spa bath, which was beautiful. The bed was large and super comfy, the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
