Best Location for Sightseeing. + Excellent Location at crossing of 2 Metro lines. SevenEleven Store downstairs. Aircon and shower are good. Elevator to reach upper floors. Aircleaner in room. Coffee and Tea available in the Lobby. Very friendly staff and very helpful doorman. Terminal 21 Just around the Corner.. Soi Cowboy Just around the Corner, but No noise in the Hotel. − Room ist very small, but for this price you cannot expect too much. Only 1 towel was given. Wash basin very small. No room Safe.

I would say I got what I paid for BUT I’ve paid the same and got much better accommodations. + I liked the convenient location − No chair to sit, no desk, very small room, no small fridge & bed was so hard! Not a comfortable bed at all.

My stay at w21 + For me it was quite well situated, it was very clean and the staff were very good .my Room was cleaned up regularly and the bedding was changed each time − The room was way too small.. I had about 2 feet of clearance around the bed.. no kettle, no safe and a metal pole with 3 coat hangers for my clothes.. and in the compact shower/toilet..a small glass shelf in front of the mirror to put my toiletries on...in a nutshell, .. no room for movement.sorry but not for me.

Ideal location. Basic amenities provided, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful + Thr location was spot on. - close to metro and bts stations; terminal 21 shopping mall was a gem, and the 7-eleven next to the hotel made it perfect − The amenities - no slippers provided； no hand towels, iron has to request from the front desk but no ironing board. Very worn out interior. Could do with a refurbishment
