Beautiful stay, amazing location, and excellent service. Highly recommended! + We had a wonderful stay at Sora. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen, Personal zwar sehr freundlich, aber im Zimmer war es kaum auszuhalten. + Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob geht an den überaus freundlichen Day der den Transfer mit dem Golfcar übernommen hat. − Im Zimmer hat es extrem unangenehm gerochen, ich vermute aufgrund des alten Teppichs. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, Luft kam nur aus der Klimaanlage. Kakerlaken waren auch im Zimmer. Das Bett war unbequem, die Matratze hart.

Was soll ich sagen Kunden unfreundlich von entgegenkommen her. + Bad sauber, personal freundlich − Ich kam flugbedint sehr früh an hatte zum checkin ca 5 stunden die haben mir dafür extra 1400 Bath berechnet einen halben Tag nach aussage aber es waren nur 5 stunden, beim Check out hatte ich wieder das Pech da mein Flug um 23.35 Uhr ging ich aber schon um 12.00 Uhr auschecken musste auf Anfrage ob ich noch bis ca 18.00/19.00 bleiben kann hat diesmal mir gesagt ich müsste eine ganze Nacht bezahlen also den vollen Preis 2800 Bath und das ich nur bis 16.00 Uhr bleiben kann also nur 4 stunden. Ich finde das ist sehr Kunden unfreundlich. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder buchen.
