+ ใกล้สถานที่ต่างๆเดินไปทะเลไม่ไกล พนักงานดี ถ้าคนไม่ซีเรียสเรื่องเสียงเครื่องบินทุกอย่างก็โอเค − แม่บ้านคุยกันเสียงดัง ทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยสะอาดด้วย

The location is excellent, require more staff instead of reallying on one staff only at night which I feel was unfair an + The location − The manager freeman was not corporative , the hotel only gives one room key though we two people leaving. We had two rooms and only provided one key per room even after requested they did not provide

stay did help out when required and were friendly − window seals leaked when rained fridge exploded water went all through apartment and threw our suitcase tap water was brown and exploding shower would go through periods of very weak and poor pressure to hard pressure and spit water out at different times noticed when we asked for room to go clean a few nights the towels were left hanging up or on the floor and didn’t have fresh bed sheets when bed getting re made internet cut out multiple times and had to be reset for it to work

+ Les chambres sont rénovées − Ce qu'un hôtel sous licence Best Western ne devrait pas permettre : Des chambres modernes ne peuvent compenser le manque de propreté et d'entretien. Tout est taché et n'est pas nettoyée on a demander plusieurs fois l'intervention pour enlever également les insectes. Le petit déjeuner est plus que passable voir à éviter. La piscine est belle mais sent les égouts. Autre point négatif mais pour lequel l'hôtel ne peut pas grand chose: Le bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin: effectivement c'est impressionnant, on a l'impression d'être au milieu d'un concert mais dans son lit :) Attention également la réservation sur booking d'une chambre avec 1 lit double est possible alors que nous etions 4 dans les critères de recherche.

+ Wenn man wie wir bewusst nach Chaweng geht um Party und Trubel zu erleben ist das Hotel sehr gut. Drum herum ist es zwar laut aber man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Strand. Frühstück ist nix besonderes wobei die Omelettes und der Kaffee gut sind. − An der Sauberkeit fehlt es und man hat überall im Zimmer kleine Ameisen
