Hotel ben ubicat amb esmorzar més aviat pobre + Ubicació molt bona. Habitació molt còmode. Piscina agradable. − Esmorzar molt just. Si demaneu algun dia per emportar el esmorzar perquè teniu excursió no val la pena.

Très agréable pour découvrir le centre de Chiang mai + Le personnel est très professionnel et très aimable. Tout est bien tenu, l’emplacement est très central. Les chambres sont nickelles. − La piscine est proche de la rue, c’est dommage

A cozy and convenient stay in a quiet corner of The Old City + Such a quaint, cozy stay! We LOVED Pha Thai House and all the kind staff. We stayed in the twin room across from the garden and it was so lovely watching the rain with the garden view. Super close to everything you need in Chiang Mai, fabulous restaurants, incredible massage spas, and the Chiang Mai Gate night market that we ended up at every night! The pool was refreshing too. We shall return! 😊

Hotel básico, barato e incómodo + Los jardines, la habitación familiar tiene dos baños y la edificación es bonita. Personal atento y amable. − Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. La piscina es muy pequeña y el agua parece tener mucho producto químico. No tiene ascensor. Escasa iluminación en la habitación y baños. Aire acondicionado de la habitación familiar solo tiene un aparato y era difícil de regular para todos. Platos de ducha incómodos con repisas para el jabón que hacía que se cayera una y otra vez. Desayuno muy básico.

+ My group were staying nearby but their plans changed and they went to another hotel. After only 1 night I also changed to be with them. The staff were wonderful in helping me relocate and very understanding. Will stay here again next time. − Nothing at all

+ Great location, comfy bed although the size of the bed made the room feel small. Room a little pokey, but otherwise really good − Maybe a slightly smaller bed to fit the room, but I guess it depends what you prioritise
