+ Grandes chambres, lits incroyablement grands. Emplacement agréable. Personnel serviable. − Piscine un peu vétuste. Carreaux cassés et coupants, l'un de nous s'est coupé sous le pied. Système de filtration sous dimensionné.

מיקום מעולה, תמורה טובה למחיר למרות שהמלון לא חדש + הצוות, המיקום, הבריכה!!! ארוחת הבוקר טובה, החדר ממש גדול וממש מרווח, המקלחת טובה מאוד − המלון בהחלט קצת מיושן, זה לא מאוד מפריע לחוויה, אבל זה לא ריזורט חדיש מאוד למי שזה חשוב. האינטרנט לא עובד טוב בחדרים.

Hat uns gut gefallen + Das Frühstück war traumhaft gut, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Auch der große Pool war sehr gepflegt und einladend. An der Poolbar bekam man immer schnell ein Getränk und die Kellner/Barkeeper dort waren extrem freundlich und lustig. Die Lage ist auch top. − Im Zimmer roch es anfangs etwas unangenehm und leider war es öfter etwas laut im Zimmer. Aber das war leicht zu ertragen und Nachts war es auch ruhig. :)

− L’accueil est très froid, et ce tout au long du séjour. Le personnel est plutôt cool et le personnel de la piscine au top , sauf celui de l’accueil et du petit-déjeuner, qui a vraiment bien changé en deux ans. Nous sommes très déçus, car nous revenons pour la troisième année dans cet établissement. Nous avions l’habitude d’être mieux accueillis, mais cette année, la façon de nous recevoir a été vraiment froide et peu sympathique. On a malheureusement l’impression qu’ils attendent uniquement de récupérer la carte bleue.

Bel hôtel en bord de plage mais WiFi catastrophique + Piscine avec bar central. Très bon petit déjeuner en surplomb de la plage. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel attentionné. Bien placé − Wifi inexistant dans la chambre, et très mauvaise connexion en dehors du restaurant.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage mit super freundlichem Service + Tolle ruhige Lage direkt am Strand. Die Standort-Markierung des Hotels auf der Karte ist jedoch völlig falsch, die zeigt nämlich eine Lage weit hinten in der Agglomeration. Auf der Suche nach einem Hotel am Strand findet man das Montra deshalb gar nicht. Die Hotelleitung sollte das bei Booking.com unbedingt ändern lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wasserqualität im Pool ist hervorragend und mit Abstand die beste, die wir in 14 Tagen in diversen Hotels in Koh Samui und Koh Tao angetroffen haben. Das Restaurant im 1. OG ist wirklich sehr schön mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Strand. Es gibt diverse thailändische Gerichte sowie hervorragende Pizza aus einem Steinofen im Restaurant. Auch hier ist das Personal immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. − Leider hat es am Pool immer wieder mal nach Kanalisation gerochen. Muy buena ubicación + La limpieza, el desayuno y algunos trabajadores − Nos dieron un segundo piso y no hay ascensor. No es muy grave pero terminas harto. Algún trabajador debería de dejar el móvil trabajando

Toplocatie met geweldig zwembad. + Het zwembad is 2.5 meter diep, vonden de kids geweldig. Er is een kleine pool bar waar je een hapje en drankje kunt bestellen. Vanuit het appartement keken we uit op een mooie en goed onderhouden tuin met daarachter de zee. Bedden waren comfortabel en personeel erg vriendelijk. Food valley en bar aan strand op loopafstand. Dicht bij de haven. − Qua onderhoud is er ruimte voor verbetering, maar vooral aan de buitenkant. Kamer was van binnen wel goed onderhouden.
