+ Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les 2 bouteilles d’́eau quotidiennes. − Le lit est trop dur. Le double rideau trop fin. Pas de crochet dans la salle de bains pour accrocher serviettes ou autre chose. Les lave linge et sèche linge qui tournent toute la nuit (et on les entend). Une seule serviette de bain, pas de petite, pas d’essui main alors que les toilettes sont à côté de la douche et qu’il fait les essuyer. Le petit déjeuner manquait de fruits frais. Éclairage trop faible.

Good location and all the basic needs met but not the most comfortable stay. + Really good location in Chang Mai, you are very central but down a nice quiet street. Rooms are a good size and bottles of water provided each day. Bed very large and mosquito net surrounding. − The door didn’t lock properly, it also doesn’t seal fully shut which lets a lot of noise in. The bathroom was not to a good standard - it wasn’t overly clean and the shower did not sit in the holder properly. We placed the do not disturb sign on the door for the cleaners as we unfortunately suffered a day unwell and they came barging in with us in bed? We made staff aware we were leaving early due to change in travel plans and they assured us someone would be at reception as it was between the right hours - they weren’t and we had to ring manager to come down and let us out.

+ Lovely garden lane, nice decorative touches in room and grounds. Breakfast was perfect and the staff great. Really nice relief from commercial hotels.

Situación perfecta + La situación, cerca del punto de salidas de excursiones y amabilidad del personal siempre atentos, nos dejaron acceder antes a la habitación, cada día nos dejaban botellas de agua y papel higiénico. − Todo perfecto, por el precio no te puedes quejar.

Très bon séjour en famille + Le.emplacement est très bien , car proche du centre historique et des commerces Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses avec les mezzanines, cela fait que la chambre est bien plus grande Très calme Très bon accueil − Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré Le jus d’orange n’est pas du jus mais une boisson moyenne Et la confiture proposée est assez moyenne Le paincake est en revanche très bon
