Decent place to stay + Decent bungalow rooms that are in their own little corner away from the craziness. Breakfast was very good each day. Bathrooms in the bungalows need a good clean and maybe an update because they weren’t the greatest condition.

+ Excellent location in phi phi island. Round the corner from the beach, bars and shops. Bare in mind your on a small island so it is not as cheap as the rest of thailand. The hotel is pretty basic. Lots of mosquitos and quite a few flys. The breakfast was good - wide range of choices.of western food and asian. Our onward journey was helped by the hotel they got the bags on no the ferry no problem. The room was short on plugs and the ac wasnt the best! Tv channels were a lot of english speaking ones which were good!

Cute bungalows, good location + Cute little bungalows. Good breakfast. A little bit loud - you can hear your neighbours and also music from the beach. However, proximity to beach and town is excellent. Not a luxury hotel but would stay again because of the convenience and location. Someone picks you up from the ferry and Helps with your bags - that was a nice surprise!

okay but lower your expectations! + location is good and near beach. rooms are very small. You have to leave the key by the office and they don't allow any guest. Overall, it's a busy place good for youngsters.

+ Nice hotel friendly staff. A little bit too strict on the guest policy as my friend had his bag in my room and was not allowed to pick it up. I had to go get it and bring it to him

+ Not a great place. The breakfast was one of the best parts until my gf saw a cockroach crawling on the plates. Location was ok but it’s also right next to the sewer ditch. They have a bunch of standing water which means the mosquitos were terrible. The pool was broken and green. Water coming out of the faucet was yellow and dirty. The one thing I didn’t mind was I got stuck with a room with two beds but they were able to push them together for a nice big bed.

+ The location of this property was great, very central. That being said, you could still hear the beach party bass music in the room but it wasn’t super annoying (and I’m a light sleeper). The rooms are basic. Pool area was nice but the pool was almost disgustingly warm. Staff were great and helpful.

+ This is in a great location to everything and tucked away from party goers. It’s quiet for phi phi standards but still being your ear plugs as the parties go on until 2am all over the island. The pool had some sort of calming coming off of the bottom of the pool onto our feet. Looks like a temporary fix gone wrong

+ Not a bad place to stay for the price. Make sure you bring mosquito spray. Hot water comes out yellow colored. Room was pretty nice and the hotel area was really beautiful to walk through. The pool was nice to cool down in when its hot and the breakfast was pretty good!

Very enjoyable stay + Absolutely great place to stay , right in the centre but really quiet at night , lovely bungalows and lovely pool with bar , really near the beach 5 minutes walk .definitely will come back again , had booked 1 night and we stayed 5 !

L’isolation des chambres sont pas au top on entend très souvent le personnel le matin discuté via taki walki Et si vous ramener une personne dans votre chambre il faudra payer 1000 bath…

Lovely Hotel + Lovely accommodation, would highly recommend to others visiting Phi Phi. The pool area was nice. Not noisy either considering Phi Phi can be loud. The room we had was very small but was perfect for the length of time we spent there. Staff were nice too!
