+ The views from the property were incredible and easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, there was very little else we could say we enjoyed. From the outset, we experienced issues with the accommodation, which significantly affected our stay. − DO NOT BOOK - Extremely disappointing – definitely not a 4-star hotel. We booked this property for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon, but unfortunately we could only stay for one night because the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. We have never complained about a hotel before and would not normally take the time to leave a review like this, but after our experience, we feel it is important to be honest and make other travellers aware of what we experienced. From the moment we arrived, our room had a very strong and persistent smell of urine/old dampness. We raised this directly with the hotel. Housekeeping came to inspect the issue, but rather than properly resolving it, they simply put strongly scented cleaning prod…

+ Eine wunderschöne gepflegte Gartenanlage mit kleinen Bungalows. Frühstück direkt am Meer. Kostenfreie Liegen am Strand. Man war direkt im Geschehen, außerhalb des Hotels. Es war sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour ! + L’emplacement, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel. − L’isolation n’est pas top. L’hôtel est sur plusieurs niveaux, avec un scooter cela n’est pas dérangeant, mais à pieds, un peu plus sportif !

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed accessing the beach-snorkelling was excellent, we saw turtles and reef sharks. The room was spacious for a family and kept clean. The shuttle into Sairee was good for getting about and into the main town but the evening cost of 100baht per person each way was expensive. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. − The pool was green upon arrival, staff were spending a lot of time sorting this out and it eventually cleared. The restaurant food was awful and overpriced which meant that there was no other option than to pay for the shuttle to get out each evening for food (unless you have a moped) we ate here once and it was the worst meal of our 4 week trip.

Incredible, unforgettable and would definitely recommend the Pinnicle. + The view was incredible. The bungalows were also very tidy, spacious and clean. − No power sockets by the bed. Not a big issue just would have been easier.

+ Un bon hôtel avec un très jolie vue. Super vue depuis la piscine. − L'hôtel est dans les hauteurs de Koh Tao se qui le rend difficile d'accès. Le déplacement dans l'hôtel est fatiguant à cause de la très forte pente et ses nombreux escaliers. La wifi est de très mauvaise qualité voir inexistante et la 5G de true mobile est inexistante.

+ El alojamiento es espectacular, todo limpio, el lugar lleno de naturaleza, la piscina y el sonido del mar, mejor dicho todo es encantador, recomiendo llevar moto grande porque hay calles muy empinadas.

Emplacement exceptionnel à condition d’avoir un scooter + Vue exceptionnelle. Piscine ouverte 24h/24h − Les chambres de l’hôtel ( et non des villas) sont très simples et les sanitaires vieillissants.

Würde ich aufgrund des schlechten Prei-Leistungs-Verhältnisses nicht mehr nehmen + Die Aussicht aufs Meer war toll, der Pool und der Strand waren gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Die Lage am Berg oben ist ruhig, dafür etwas weit weg vom Dorf und Strand. − Die Doppelzimmer mi Meerblick sind ganz oben und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man nicht nu an den abgewetzten Möbeln und wackeligen Armaturen, sondern vor allem an den Fugen im Bad. In einem Zimmer hat außerdem der Fernseher nicht funktioniert und in einem hat das Fliegengitter gefehlt. Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage alt und daher laut und es ist selbst für sportliche Menschen eine Herausforderung bei der schwülen Hitze zum Strand und zum Restaurant runter zu kommen.

+ Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool - man kann aber auch direkt vom Hotel an einem sehr schönen Strand schnorcheln. Lasst Euch nicht von den kleinen Quallen (Unsere Reisezeit: Ende August) irritieren: Die durchschwimmt man und hat danach sofort eine schöne Unterwasserwelt vor sich. Wir waren öfters im hoteleigenen Restaurant Abendessen: die Curries waren alle wunderbar. Toll ist, dass das Hotel vormittags und nachmittags teils kostenlosen Shuttledienst zum Pier bzw in die nächste Stadt anbietet. Hier haben wir uns mit Bademode und in Cafés mit guten Espresso versorgt. Die Hotelanlage selbst liegt an einem Steilhang - wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Golf von Thailand. Wer schlecht zu Fuss ist, wird hier aber keine Freude haben. Wir haben die kleinen Workouts sehr genossen!! − In Summe ist auf Ko Tao alles teurer als in Bangkok, wo wir zuvor waren. + The reception staff were rude, and I was fined for the sofa cover because some coffee had accidentally spilled on it. The wind was loud in the room because the windows were poor, but it has a beautiful sea, although there is no comfort in it.

+ Tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Strand/ Bay der durch die abgeschiedene Lage traumhaft ruhig ist. Perfekt für einen Ausszeit im Paradies. Rollervermietung, Wäscheservice, Geldautomate und ein kleiner Laden direkt vor Ort. Wir haben extra ein Bungalow in der Nähe des Pools bekommen, da das Personal bemerkt hat, dass wir eine 8 jähriges Kind dabei haben. Wir wurden kostenlos direkt vom Pier abgeholt.

Dommage, bel emplacement mais quelle déception ! + Peu de choses en réalité, la vue est magnifique depuis la chambre mais en dehors de cela, l’hôtel est laissé à l’abandon et on le ressent tout de suite. − Le linge de lit était sale à notre arrivée. la distance est grande pour aller ne serait-ce qu’au restaurant, ou la piscine et même la mer, et la majorité se déplacent à scooter tellement l’hôtel est installé sur une colline extrêmement pentue. La piscine était verte à notre arrivée, nous l’avons signalé mais cela n’a pas empêché que rien ne soit entrepris pour corriger cela. On est bien loin des photos partagées sur booking. Le personnel est dépassé, l’hôtel est équipé d’un service de laverie, on nous a dit de laisser nos vêtements devant les chambres pour que le linge soit pris en charge, et finalement non on nous indique que ce n’est pas à eux d’emmener le linge mais à nous. La piscine du haut avec le bar ont été fermés et tout est en train de se détériorer, et je suis plutôt mes…
