Very disappointing experience + The one thing I genuinely appreciated was the bellboy/concierge team. They were friendly, helpful and welcoming − Unfortunately, our stay at The Salil was very disappointing. As this is a 5-star hotel, we expected a much higher standard. The room was quite outdated and, more importantly, had a strong mold/musty smell. We reported the issue, but the larger rooms were fully occupied, so we were offered a much smaller room instead, even though I had specifically booked and paid for a larger room. What concerned me even more was that, after experiencing this ourselves, I noticed several other guest reviews mentioning similar mold or musty-smell issues. This made me feel that our experience may not have been an isolated incident. We ultimately decided that we could not continue our stay and had to book another hotel.

Best for location + Pros Proximity to Thonglor BTS, Mae Varee and the excellent phad tai nearby IS A HUGE PLUS We were upgraded to a bigger room. Room was spacious with small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Towels were fairly plush and robes provided. Cookies provided upon check out. We didn't take the breakfast in the morning as lots to eat nearby. Love the bath! Great for soaking. − Housekeeping could have done a much better job. Took away and Didn't replace our face towels after day 1. Room and Bathroom could be upkept/ maintained better. I could have cleaned the bathroom better myself. Carpets from the lift onwards were dirty. Walls are very thin and loud noises from outside and neighbours talking loudly can be heard. Quite a bit of thoughtless guests slamming the doors too! No tissue paper provided. Only small roll of thin toilet roll in the bathroom. Only 1 usb outlet.

+ La camera (avevo una suite) era davvero carina. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione molto varia. Sono stata lì 4 notti e ogni giorno hanno proposto cose diverse e di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento alla sig AD per avermi aiutata a contattare il servizio clienti e con il servizio di lavanderia. − Ho trovato la posizione scomoda per muovermi in città ed ho speso moltissimo di Grab-taxi. È una zona carina, ma poco suggestiva e la metro comunque non permette di spostarsi rapidamente perché sono richiesti cambi con altre linee per raggiungere i principali punti d'interesse. Credo sia indicano più per business trip

+ La habitación, en nuestro caso para tres personas, era amplia y muy limpia. Tenía una pequeña cocina y un baño también grande. − Es una pena que la piscina no esté abierta por la noche. En nuestro caso, además, uno de los días había un evento y tampoco pudimos usarla por la tarde. El gimnasio es también bastante limitado.

離通羅站走路5分鐘內可以到，很近！飯店質感很好，早餐的咖啡是手作還有拉花，超好喝！很有水準！ + 離通羅站很近，早餐的咖啡說喝過最好喝的 − 房間小了一點

Wir werden wieder kommen!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ − Das man immer Die Zimmerkarte am Aufzug hinhalten musste und dass es da immer etwas Probleme gegeben hat! Finde die Kate in Kombination mit dem Aufzug unnötig und Zeitraubend!
