5 star staff + The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had. − Nothing. It was truly an enjoyable stay and the staff were phenomenal.

Perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai + Good sized room with big bed, big bathroom with very good shower. Absolutely quiet even being in a main area, the room has a very good noise isolation. Good swimming pool with free-to-use towels, pool beds, etc. Kind and helpful staff. − No space for working, the small table is not OK to be used as a desktop. Only one keycard for two people. Flipflops available for the swimmig pool but no slippers for use inside the room.

Agréable séjour + Personnel , très professionnel souriant et serviable. − Un peu vieillot mais beaucoup de charme, petit déjeuner à revoir .

Quelconque. Aucune chaleur. Je n’ai pris aucune photo + Hotel situé à Nimman. Nous avions pris 3 chambres. On y a très mal mangés. On a commandé une bonne viande et c’était de la semelle. 3 personnes qui ont commandé. À part la piscine qui est plutôt sympa, l’accueil est moyen car on sent un personnel blasé ! − Le personnel surtout de nuit est blasé. Le restaurant. On y a très mal mangé. Dommage. Son point positif: ascenseur et piscine.

Prijs kwaliteit een mooi hotel in hartje Chiang Mai. + Mooi zwembad bij het hotel. Het hotel ligt in een leuke buurt, veel eetgelegenheden dichtbij. − Klein terrasje aan de kamer, maaar op zich niet zo erg want er is een toffe bar beneden. Dichtbij de luchthaven, dus af en toe hoor je een vliegtuig.

+ Der Charme des Hotels an sich und der Pool − Zu laut, Reinigungspersonal ab morgens 7:00 Uhr sehr laut in den Fluren unterwegs, ab dann kein Schlaf mehr möglich. Es wäre mal zu überlegen, ob die Benutzung von Walkie-Talkies generell noch zeitgemäß ist. Unfassbar schlechter Kaffee beim Frühstück!!!
