Super fijn plekje op ko Samui + Gezin (3 personen) verbleven in 2 slaapkamer bungalow direct aan het strand. Mooie ruime kamers, fijne douches en ruime eigen overkapte patio. Restaurant geeft gelegenheid om te ontbijten, lunchen of diner. Strand is mooi, met een taxi overal makkelijk naar toe. − Jammer dat er maar 2 ligbedden waren voor 4 personen

L’emplacement est très correct, mais le reste laisse un peu à désirer compte-tenu du prix + L’emplacement prix d’une belle plage − La finition des logements n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Le dessous des lits est très sale, la piscine est ouverte aux gens de l’extérieur qui consomme au bar les petits déjeuners ne peuvent être servis à partir de 8 heures. Nous avons demandé deux lits séparés qu’il a fallu payer 25 € de plus par jour lors de la sortie de l’hôtel à 11h pétantes, nous avions le personnel devant notre chambre pour nous virer récupérer nos affaires et évacuer la chambre.

+ L'accès direct à la plage qui ressemble à une crique, est magnifique. Elle est accessible au public. Superficie de la chambre Deluxe vue mer Superficie de la salle de bain Le fait d'être en villa non mitoyenne Les tarifs négociés par l'hôtel pour les taxis et la gentillesse de la compagnie de taxi. Les personnes de la réception transmettent les messages reçus par l'extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jardins, leur entretien et le calme qui règne. − Nous n'avions pas connaissance que le restaurant et la piscine étaient accessibles aux personnes de l'extérieur. Nous ne savions pas que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi sous forme de buffet et les formules du restaurant sont restrictives : très peu de fruits, 1 boisson chaude et 1 jus de fruit. En revanche, la qualité du petit déjeuner servi était très bonne. Notre villa était vétuste et le manager nous a expliqué qu'elle allait être refaite en septembre, dans le cadre du programme de rénovation. Bel endroit pour se …

Nice premises, but… + The hotel facilities was convenient, stayed in a newly renovated beach suite and pool villa. Very nice beach, calm in the morning. The bell boy did a great job and was very nice. Dont miss the restaruant the Cliff close to the hotel. − The beach (public) is very crowded and people are right outside your terrace, it’s not very calm unless you have rooms/bungalows further from the beach (even though the beach suites are quite expensive compared to other room types. Also, people cross the resort in masses to reach the beach. Sometimes the no. of sun beds by the pool were not enough for the residents because outsiders could enter the restaurant and pool area, and rent sunbeds. Hotel guests were not prioritized. Breakfast a bit so-so, service as well.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage in traumhafter Strandlage, allerdings mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf beim Frühstück und + Die Hotelanlage hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön ist die direkte Lage am Strand – wirklich traumhaft. Wir hatten einen kleinen Strandbungalow in der zweiten Reihe, was für uns ideal war, da wir jederzeit direkt vom Strand zu unserem Bungalow laufen konnten und dadurch trotz des teilweise sehr vollen Strandes unsere Ruhe hatten. Unser renoviertes Zimmer war modern und angenehm ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem und insgesamt gab es an der Ausstattung nichts auszusetzen. Am Pool waren außerdem ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Lage bietet direkt an der Anlage eine Massage sowie einige Restaurants und einen 7-Eleven in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wer allerdings mehr von der Umgebung sehen oder verschiedene Restaurants, Shops etc. besuchen möchte, ist auf ein Auto oder Taxi angewiesen. − Leider war das Frühstück für uns eine große Enttäuschung. Non ci tornerei sicuramente + La nostra camera con vista sull’oceano era bella così come descritta, faceva parte di un gruppo di camere di nuova costruzione, ma per il resto il complesso non era un granché. − Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il mare, ma siamo rimasti delusi, l’acqua era sempre torbida e c’era poca visibilità per fare snorkeling. La zona piscina piuttosto trasandata con spazzatura in giro o che restava lì ammonticchiata per giorni, era anche piena di bambini urlanti per nulla controllati dai genitori. Il personale della colazione poco disponibile e poco cordiale sembrava quasi che ti stesse facendo un favore. Per la colazione non c’è il buffet e la scelta dal menù è molto limitata, sia per la quantità che per la quantità che sono troppo misere.

Okay, but not really value for money. Reception staff need a bit of coaching for customer service. + Restaurant was good, great breakfast. Beach area was nice, too many hidden rocks in water, not great for swimming with so many people in small area. − The room allocated was a disaster (104). The toilet was blocked when we got there. The roof of the patio area was falling down on one corner and held up by sticks on the other. NO ambience in that room but following my complaint (toilet) we were given a better room, but not with any vigour. The price for the 1st room was 'way above' any value for money, very disappointing.

Massentourismus, Kinderparadies, Entspannung Fehlanzeige! + - Herzliche Begrüßung beim Check-in - Belegschaft/Personal (Empfang, Restaurant, Taxi/Fahrdienst) - Ort für das Frühstück − - Strand:Extrem bevölkerter Strand: Die Menschen liegen derart dicht gedrängt beieinander, dass es schwierig ist, sich einen Pfad durch die Menschenmassen zu bahnen, sei es zum Restaurant, ins Meer oder zurück ins Apartment. Die Besucher lagern so nah an der privaten Veranda der Villa, deponieren ihre Utensilien dort, und Kinder, die den ganzen Tag vor der Veranda spielen und lärmen, dass eine Nutzung der Veranda zur Erholung schlichtweg unmöglich wird. Zudem sind die Personen so dicht dran, dass sie ungestört in das Wohnzimmer blicken können. Der Strand wird angeblich als einer der schönsten auf Koh Samui gehandelt, was leider überhaupt nicht zutrifft. Er ist überlaufener als Rimini und der Ballermann 6 zusammen. Früh morgens bis 9/10 Uhr ist es jedoch äußerst angenehm zum Frühstücken, doch darüber hina…
