− We stayed at the hotel from 20th May to 24th May. On our last day, my friend noticed that USD 200 and two credit cards were missing from our room. On that day, we went outside around 3:00 PM, and we believe housekeeping staff may have entered our room for cleaning during that time. After we returned, we discovered that the money and cards were missing. We kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter with the hotel. We also request them to check room access records and any available CCTV footage during the relevant time period. This is a serious matter, and we would appreciate an urgent update.

الفندق يستحق ان اختاره في كل مرة . + موقع الفندق المميز ولديهم خدمة المواصلات من بانكوك الى باتايا وخدمة التوصيل للمطار ، وجود محل حليمة لغسل الملابس ومطاعم متنوعة . − تم تبديل الغرفه بشكل مؤقت ليلة واحدة بسبب عطل في المكيف .

Not good not bad, but clean hotel with nice staff. + Convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. − The hotel is located literally on one of the busiest streets. There is traffic day and night. Loud music from nearby bars. Zero noise insulation in the rooms. So if you want to sleep at night (or day) would not recommend.

كانت اقامتي مزريه صراحه وعدم احترام موظفين لنا لقد عاينا كثير + مرحبا اعجبني موقع صراحه − عند حجزي طلبت غرفه ولكن عند وصولي فندق محجوز بالكامل ولم احصل على ايلي طلبته انا وعند محادثتي معهم يقولون هذا موجود وموظفين نفسيه وخاصه موظفه التنظيف تلبس نظاره معامله زفت ولا تحترم ناس وبفيه عمال النظافه طيبون كل سنه انا اقيم فيها بس هالسنه كان فظيع
