It’s a good place if you want to shop. + The room was clean and good. The swimming pool was nice − It is located in a busy area. Lots of noise. Evening everything is closed and not much to do.

It was great stays specially love the suite and next time we shall book but remember deep cleaning is a must area to im + Prime location and good renovation − Could be more clean , specially deep cleaning , inside bed , edges filled with dust etc.

Was only for a night, so nothing much to say apart from ‘it needs upgrade’ but can still fit someone’s plan if staying f + Location & Proximity to main city and shopping streets − The property is dated. The price is good but for similar price you would get upgraded properties. The internal room spaces are big, but can be planned in a better way with modern amenities.

Not what is was anymore + We got married at this hotel in 1998 so it has always had a soft spot for us. We have been back on a previous occasioned the hotel was still as I remembered it. Now unfortunately it has aged considerably. It is still well located and only a 10 min walk from one of the airport rail link stations. Good night market around and a couple go good shopping areas. The rooms are big and comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a well priced place to stay in Bangkok, then this hotel would do well, but there are better options around. − Reception was a disaster. The staff are not well trained any more, bad language skills and not very forthcoming. Because we arrived earlier than the normal check in time, we were offered to check in earlier at a cost which we took. The hotels credit card machine did not work and I kept on being asked for a different card because their machine did not work or the operator did not know how to work it. After a reset it worked fine. I …

I have stayed many times in this hotel even during all most closer time . Now it has improved lot + Room was ok . Need to improve Breakfast by changing the daily menu. When it indicates Halal-friendly, It does not match for most of the others who are not Muslims, and it gives a negative impact for the taste of all others. Because there are no pork sausages, ham, and other non-Muslim food. − Muslim friendly breakfast
