Good stay.. need better management + We checked in afternoon. We booked three rooms. Villa for 3 nights, the villa was huge for four people. rooms are very specious and ensuit bathroom where the same. living room nicely laid out and very nice decorated it. Air conditioning was perfect. Reception was really slow and check in almost not prepared for Our arrival although transport was arranged by the hotel from the airport. Their transportation service was poor. The villa itself was marvelous although of some need for maintenance here and there. in room dining was good. There was difficulty of understanding English with some of the staff. pool needed maintenance and fortunately the flooring of the pool was too sharp that my kids got many scratches. Breakfast was too poor. Beach wasn’t cleaned and looks abandoned although it is very beautiful. Pool wasnt heated and jaccuzi wasnt working. I believe if the management changed this hotel will be a real gem in mai khao.

Отель на ремонте, бары не работают, вечерних программ нет, это ужасно. Нужно заранее людей предупреждать о состоянии оте − Инфраструктура вся на реконструкции

حسافه على هذه الاقامه أناتحب منتجعات بوكت لكن هذا خذلني + طاقم الفريق الذي يعمل فقط والمكان كبير جدا الغرف كبيره والفلل كبيره وطاقم العمل متعاون لأبعد الحدود − الفلل قديمه جدا وتحتاج إلى صيانه والنظافة متوسطه جدا وبعض المرافق متهالكه مثل بركة السباحه يوجد بركتين وسخه جدا والمكان بعيد ولا يوجد مطاعم والمنتجع شبه مهجور لا يوجد به ناس مخيف من هدوئه وكان يسكنه الجن

+ Erittäin viihtyisä rantahuvila omalla sisäpihalla, jossa uima-allas ja aurinkotuolit ja -pedit. Huvila oli todella iso ja kauniisti sisustettu. Hotelli sijaitsi ihan rannan tuntumassa. Ranta oli kaunis ja rauhallinen. Aamiaisella ei ollut ruuhkaa ja vaihtoehtoja oli riittävästi. Kaikki tarjottavat oli kauniisti aseteltu. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hotellilla oli myös iso yhteinen uima-allas, jota vieraat käyttivät vähän. Saimme uida ihan rauhassa kahdestaan :) Kylälle noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka, tuktuk-kyyti maksoi 50 bathia yhteen suuntaan. Kylässä pari kauppaa ja muutama ravintola. Jos etsit rauhallista paikkaa, vahva suositus tälle. Omaa rauhaa sai, ranta oli noin 7 km pituinen − Ranta oli luonnonsuojelualueella, mutta turistit jättivät roskia rannalle. Sieltä löytyi muovia, tyhjiä lasipulloja, tupakka-askeja jne. Ranta ei missään nimessä ollut likainen, mutta tuokin välinpitämättömyys harmitti. Hotellin ruokien ja palvelujen hinnat aika korkeat, hint…

Disappointing would not stay there again. + The property was large with big bathrooms clean. − The property is very tired and the location very run down which is a shame. The outside space was disappointing and the pools were in need of TLC.

Not good + It was a big accommodation − Nothing of the facilities in our room actually works the pool and jacuzzi were not clean there was all kinds of insects and lizards

+ The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff. They were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, doing their best despite the hotel’s poor condition. − The hotel has declined significantly in quality and is in urgent need of a complete renovation. There is an unpleasant odor coming from stagnant water beneath the parquet flooring. The breakfast arrangement was also disappointing. We had booked a buffet breakfast, but it was changed to room service without any prior notice or agreement.

It was an amazing stay! ❤️ + The resort was absolutely beautiful and one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. It was our first time in Phuket, and we truly loved the resort. We had an amazing experience and hope to come back again − There were not many food options for children. It would be great to have more variety and kid-friendly choices.
