Swimming pool water is over chlorine − The room is very dirty, found bugs and cockroach 🪳 ,in room, breakfast time some of the staff is very rude (especially the young ladies)and unprofessional, some are ok .

Not happy with the cleanliness of the Room. + Location was good, breakfast was ok Few staff were professional. − The Room and bathroom was not clean found bed bugs and cockroachs in room and bathroom. Water was Smelling, Staff from breakfast department was very rude,not ready to listen our concern, old staff were ok,but young staff were not good. No politeness.

SCAM + i have purchased 40,000 points from wyndham but when i tried to book this hotel i was offered only one option room without window room with no breakfast offer room with no option to upgrade even though other rooms were available if being booked without points this is a big scam and no one is answering my emails or for my complaints it means i will not be offered any room bookings of my choice with points i strongly object this unethical practice and need guidance for refund

Spacious Room, but not muslim Friendly. + Spacious room and easy check-in. − It is not Muslim-friendly. It is difficult to perform *wudu* (ablution) and cleanse oneself after using the toilet. The hotel staff were also inflexible regarding the *Dhuhr* prayer time, requiring check-out before *Dhuhr* arrived. Compared to the Loft Bangkok Hotel, this Ramada hotel falls short in terms of being Muslim-friendly. For Muslims, I would suggest the Loft Bangkok Hotel as a better choice; the two hotels are right next to each other.

Lost belongings!! + We stayed in rooms 1006 and 1008 from August 8th to 13th, 2026. Overall, the rooms were comfortable and the service was good. Our rooms were cleaned every day throughout our stay. However, only after returning home and unpacking did we realize that some of our belongings were missing. As the rooms were cleaned daily, we are concerned about what may have happened to these items. We would appreciate it if the hotel management could look into this matter and provide us with a suitable solution. We hope to hear back from the hotel regarding this issue.
