Ok, but not worth the money + Right on the beach and good size rooms − There were ants everywhere in the room including in and in the bed. We were not advised when booking that there was building works going on, so despite paying extra for a sea view, there wasn’t much of one as there was netting along the front.

A quiet, peaceful all-inclusive retreat + I loved the location and the property (lots of beautiful plants and flowers). The big, beautiful pools next to the beach were also an absolute treat at times when the sea was a little rough during the monsoon. But, my absolute highlight was the incredible restaurant and the friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond with their impeccable service :) I really loved the energy of all of the people at this resort and will definitely be back! − It would have been nice to have been warned about the construction before arriving. It wasn't a problem, as all of the listed amenities (pool, restaurant, etc.) were still available across the two resorts, but it was just a bit of a shock when we first arrived.

+ The staff in the reception have a very bad attitude very unprofessional − All they wanted is more money i find out that the room we order was the worst room so we ask to upgrade The way they calculate the upgrade was very bad Fist they deduct 15% of the room we actually received as they say this is booking charging us so we need to charge you and then they calculate the extra for the upgrade and add the 15% of the original price and then add another 3% for credit card payment which I never heard of in hotels in Thailand In any case the all service was bad the breakfast was very bad as well very limited celebration basically you go out hungry

+ Sehr schöne Lage. − Leider wird gerade das Restaurant neu gebaut, verbunden mit viel Lärm tagsüber.Man kann aber in die Nachbaranlage an den (viel größeren)Pool gehen und auch dort das Restaurant Mitbenutzung.

+ The beach out the front − Liked everything though be aware that their restaurant and reception area is currently undergoing renovations- though you can use the pool.and restaurant next door which is also nice. The restaurant seems to have the usual nature beach staff working there

We hadden hier zo veel van verwacht en de potentie is daar, helaas hebben wij niet de ervaring gehad waar we opgehoopt h + Een geweldig strand en een zeer mooie nette kamer. − Helaas troffen wij wat anders aan dan we hadden geboekt. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het restaurant verbouwd (een van de redenen waarom wij dit resort hadden uitgezocht) helaas waren wij hier van te voren niet over ingelicht en sliepen wij naast een bouwput. Het resort bood ons een andere kamer aan op het naastgelegen resort wat galant van ze was, maar deze kamer was veel kleiner en minder mooi dan de kamer die we hadden geboekt. Dit konden wij dus niet accepteren, omdat we met een kind reizen was snel iets anders zoeken ook geen optie. De mensen van de receptie waren aardig, maar verder weinig behulpzaam.
