Lovely stay + Lovely views, nice rooms with everything you need and hospitalitable and friendly staff. − Transport to main part of phi ph and back to resort is difficult later in evening or bad weather spells.

Einfach Hotel, Preis-Leistung stimmt hier für Thailand aber nicht. + Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist super, wir hatten einen Bungalow mit teilweisem Meerblick, sodass man auf das Meer schauen konnte, wenn man auf der Terasse saß. − Für den Preis kriegt man in Thailand viel bessere Hotels. Leider ist das Preisniveau auf Ko Phi Phi so hoch, dass sie den Preis nehmen können. Wer ein schickes Hotel sucht, wird hier nicht fündig, es ist eher sehr einfach eingerichtet und die Badezimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Das Hotel hat überall Schilder aufgegangen, wie teuer etwas für den Gast wird, wenn er etwas kaputt oder schmutzig macht. Das geht aus unserer Sicht gar nicht, so etwas gehört zu dem Risiko eines Hotels, wenn mal ein Glas aus Versehen zerstört wird. Hier ist wohl jemand sehr vorsichtig.

W maju raczej wybrałabym inną lokalizację. + Widok na wodę był chyba jedną i najlepszą rzeczą oraz wszechobecny porządek,spokój i pomocni ludzie. − Domek był krzywy,przez co błędnik stale szalał. Na zdjęciach wydawał się dużo bardziej nowoczesny i zadbany, w rzeczywistości było jednak trochę inaczej. Lokalizacja-zależy kto czego oczekiwał. Jedni oczekują spokoju i leżenia na plaży,ale gdy chciałeś się dostać do głównego portu było to bardzo utrudnione, ponieważ transport jest tylko łódkami,które nie zawsze chciały nas odebrać lub dowieźć,więc bierzcie pod uwagę sezon/ sztormy/ poziom wody, z czym jestem wyrozumiała. Jednak drugi raz bym zdecydowała się na hotel w centrum.

The staff were incredibly kind and made my stay all the more enjoyable. + The resort features individually built bungalow-style accommodations, offering generous space and privacy between each unit. I enjoyed taking those 148 steps every day. − While not recently renovated, the home has been maintained well.

+ All the essential provided in the room (including 2 small bottles of water). Lovely sunset view from the restaurant and good food. Good breakfast. Nice beach beneath the 140 steps. − Felt a bit ‘penny pinching’. Outside of breakfast there is no free water available (even though they have a drinking water dispenser at reception and won’t let you use it as it is for ‘staff only!’) They insisted we had to buy a bottle of water that was more expensive than a small beer! Not ideal when it’s 35 degrees and aren’t many shops nearby. No sun beds linked to the hotel so had to pay 100 Bht at another hotel. It is a boat trip into town so you have to pay 100 Bht pp before 6pm, and 150 Bht pp after 6pm. Can’t stay in the town later than 10pm as you can’t guarantee a boat back. You can walk to town, although it’s a 40 minutes through the bush so it isn’t recommended. Oh and don’t forget there are 140 steps up to the hotel from the beach, which was fine for us but not for the unfit, disabled or th…

Beaucoup d’escaliers mais, très belle vue + Chambre propre, personnel très gentil et superbe vue. En revanche, préparez-vous à gravir beaucoup d’escaliers pour accéder aux chambres ! L’hôtel est assez isolé, il faut souvent prendre un taxi pour se déplacer ou choisir de profiter de l’hôtel et de son cadre exceptionnel. Vue magnifique

+ Super lovely snd welcoming staff. Transport from the ferry port to the hotel was very easy, you need to take a private boat taxi to get to the resort. There was staff with a sign as soon as we exited the ferry, the whole process was really easy and organised. Be warned there are many steps to reach the resort. But the breakfast food was very tasty and views insane. Amazing, comfy bed too. Totally recommend!

Could've been better + Close to the long beach, but takes a lot of steps to get there. No direct beach under the hotel. Nice views but I thought the view from the room will be better than it was. Next time I'd probably go somewhere in more convenient location as you are fully reliant on taxi boats or foot, but walk is 30mins + in the heat. − The towels smelled really really bad. I honestly was traumatised anytime I had to wipe my hands, body or face. Recommendation for the hotel to purchase new towels.. these already had its life, it's time to let go...

Worst Experience in phi phi Thailand .must read review before going there. + Most experience in Phi phi Island. Staff is so rude. No more options in breakfast. When we entered there were no electricity and we have to sit outside there was so many mosquitoes and other insects which bite me. Lizard in a room. And we asked about the mosquitoes they said you have to buy the mosquito spray for preventing yourself. Try any other resort near that because view was awesome but don't go in this resort.
