+ There was only 2 things we liked about this hotel. 1. The location was amazing. 2 The room service was good. I will say After staying in multiple hotels in Bangkok We were extremely disappointed. The front desk staff was unattentive( not even greeting hello. Busy on phones. ) The rooms were dark and you can hear everything from the halls. doors closing, TV sounds, and personal conversations. This hotel is rated 4 stars it's more a 3 star . Extremely disappointed.

+ I did not recieve the VIP access nor was offered an upgrade. Was I suppose to request VIP and upgrade upon check in? I will be returning to this hotel Feb 20-27 and hope to receive the VIP Access and upgrades.

+ This boutique hotel is tucked away between two main thoroughfares allowing for a more quiet and less hectic experience. It's conveniently located close to many shopping and dining locales in addition to the famous Patpong night market and exciting nightlife.

Pls silent in public + A young Asian lady was making a loud phone call at the lift entrance, which was offensive. When I warned her *did I speak that loudly? And I was already taken aback. There was a sign above her head telling not to speak out loud, but she completely ignored it. I think everyone knows where did she come from.

Ok.. + No iron in my room, I was waiting almost 30mins for an iron. If you like to take a morning shower, the shower water warms very very slow and sometimes might doesn’t get warm.
