Out of this world + This place is absolutely out of this world. The location, the people, the food, the amenities, the rooms, everything from start to finish was faultless. Kent was incredible at making us cocktails! Sana was an amazing waitress during our evening meal. She made us feel so welcome and was so attentive. Yaya on the front desk was so warm and a friendly face. You HAVE to come here if you ever get the chance. We 100% will be back

The best place to stay in Thailand for the price. + My second time and Santhiya and didn't think it could get any better. It can. It's the most breathtaking place, everything is beautiful and hand crafted in traditional Thai style. Attention has been made to every detail even the toilet is beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and attend to every need with a big smile. I dont have a bad word to say. In fact it's the most amazing place I've ever stayed and for the price it's very good value. We felt like royalty. − Can't think of anything our stay was more than perfect.

Will be back. + Lots to like. Great rooms with decent pools. Fast room service and very friendly staff. Amazing fire show, much bigger than we expected. − If you like to leave the resorts to explore not a lot around. Zero fault of the resort and it is excellent but not much else around. Staff can be on Thai time as well and could be a little faster when ordering beach side with drinks and or food

Fungus rooms and rotten manager − The room smelled rotten, like there was fungus from rotten wood. The team did not want to recognize the smell and the solution was to move me to a room half size and half price without any compensation. The manager of the place is incompetent and several times avoided us, so he postponed finding a solution. The place is outdated and I would not recommend anyone spending the money to stay in rotten rooms.

Pretty good stay, would have been excellent if more attention to detail. Private pool was the best!! + The greenery and carved wood. The breakfast was amazing and the service we received from Sana was so very very good!! She made us feel special and well cared for. This was the highlight of our stay…thank you Sana. − Expensive, the food was average, especially the beach bbq.

− The hotel’s view and facilities are pretty good. Unfortunately, there are many rats in the house we live in. In the middle of the night, they squeak on the beams and in the wooden walls, scurry around, and fight, making a huge racket. We are all woken up from sleep, and it is truly terrifying. At night, when the kids hear noises, I have to soothe them by telling them not to be afraid or worried—it’s so overwhelming. I showed a video recording that the hotel changed my room and delayed my check-out, but did not provide compensation for the discounted room rate. I can only say that the hygiene and safety of such a high-end hotel are worrying, and I hope you can make changes to completely prevent incidents involving rodents like this.

wie 1000 und 1 Nacht + Ausgesprochen geschmackvolle Thaistyle Häuser in einem sehr schönen tropische Garten. Luxuriöser geht's eigentlich nicht mehr, in Europa wäre so eine Unterkunft unbezahlbar. Wir sind in Phuket gelandet, hier war es für 3 Nächte zum Ankommen ideal (im Anschluss Rundreise durch Südthailand), nur 45 Minute vom Flughafen entfernt; würde ich wieder so machen, aber länger bleiben. − nichts

Fantastic romantic escape for few nights + The resort is clean and tidy , the staff is very friendly and helpful, resort is located in natai beach , very quiet and peaceful area, if you are in your honeymoon or looking for few days escape, I highly recommend it , one of the best places i stayed in , I arrived very early and they let me check in before few hours
