+ The staff were so friendly, the restaurant is right beside the pool and sea in a very chill area just 15 minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Everything very clean and staff are so accommodating, would stay here again!

So bad - don’t stay + This is the worse hotel experience ever. I highly recommend not booking a stay at KC Beach Club. We specifically booked a private pool villa because we required the privacy for religious reasons. From the second we arrived, almost everything went wrong. When we checked in, the private pool was green and so cloudy that you couldn’t even see the tiles at the bottom. We immediately raised this with reception and were told the pH levels were “wrong” but that we could still swim if we wanted. This is completely unacceptable for a villa that costs what it does and considering this is the only reason we booked the villa. The bathroom in the villa was also unusable. The drains were completely blocked, and every time we tried to shower, the bathroom flooded. To make matters worse, the room smelt strongly of sewage. After multiple complaints, the hotel eventually admitted they could not fix the problems and moved us to another villa. I have messages from the hotel co…

لاتنخدع في هذا الفندق نصيحة + الموقع فقط − هذا المكان خدعة كبيرة لعدة اسباب 1- الغرفة عبارة عن ساونا والمكيف سبيلت 12 وحدة صغير جدا وكل غرف الفندق بعدما ناقشتهم نفس حجم التكييف السيء جدا 2- في هذا المرفق منذ وصولك أنت تخدم نفسك وتقوم بتوصيل شنطتك للغرفة 3-في معلومات الغرفة كل بند مسجل هو محسوب عليك بقيمة الغرفة ورفاهيتها وكان مسجل وجود جاكوزي بالغرفة وبعد الدخول وتسليم الغرفة أخبروني أن الجاكوزي لايعمل(طريقة مخادعة) 4-كان الحجز عبارة عن خمسة ليالي ونظرا لحرارة الغرفة وسوء التكييف قررت الخروج من الفندق والبحث عن فندق آخر وتم التواصل مع ممثلي بوكنج لاخبارهم بكل شيء وكان تعاونهم مشكور واجبروا الفندق على احتساب ليلة واحدة فقط واعادة المبلغ(مع العلم أني حتى كتابة هذه المراجعة لم يرجع المبلغ وربما يأخذ وقت) فكل الشكر لبوكنج الثقة.

A really special hotel + What a wonderful hotel. Clean, quiet, could always get a sunbed and set on the beach. A special shout out to X, A, JiJi, Prae, Emmy and Maew who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. After a horrific accident in Samui where my husband broke his back, the staff were so kind, caring and thoughtful. From going back and forth to the hospital the staff were always checking that I had eaten. They even came to the hospital a few times to check on my husband. They all went above and beyond and made a situation just that little bit easier. Thank you again, you really are a special team

Good but not great! + The location was great and the staff were lovely! I fell in love with the daytime security guard every time he greeted me with his smile and salute 🫡 − The lift was continuously broken! It was EXTREMELY annoying! I’m a fit person but it’s the last thing I want to do after a hot day or night of walking the streets is lug ourselves up 3/4 flights of steps! They kept trying to fix it but kept failing! I’m beginning to think it doesn’t work at all! The deck chairs around the pool don’t recline so I only tanned one half of my body, front half and I couldn’t lay down flat to rest. I also don’t like tourists who stay around the pool all day with their mobile device up loud so everyone else can hear what they are watching. I asked the receptionist if she could ask the person to turn it down, it worked for 1 day then it was back to normal. So I gave up.

נחזור לפה שוב אין ספק + אנחנו 2 סטודנטיות שחיפשו מלון מפנק, טוב, במרכז הצוואנג, נקי ולא יקר, וזה עלה מעל כל הציפיות ! נמצא 4 דקות ברגל מבית חב״ד, ליד כל המסעדות הכשרות, מנקים את החדר בכל יום, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת - חביתות במקום, סלטים, יוגורטים, לחמים ועוד דברים טובים! צוות נעים, מסביר פנים ועוזר בכל דבר שמבקשים 2 בריכות וחוף פרטי למלון, בקיצור - ממליצות מאוד מאוד !! לא מספיק מדברים עליו בקבוצות הישראליות וחד משמעית מגיע לו קרדיט ! תודה לView and Sine הצוות בקבלה, שעזרו לנו מאוד והיו נעימות אלינו מאוד לאורך כל השהות ! Très mauvaise expérience : chambre vétuste et équipements défectueux, absence d’eau chaude, personnel désagréable et sur + L’emplacement − Expérience très décevante. Le seul véritable point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement. La chambre était vétuste et très mal entretenue, avec de nombreux équipements non fonctionnels : douche cassée, bain à remous inutilisable, robinetterie endommagée. L’eau qui sortait des robinets était jaune et sans eau chaude, au point que je n’ai même pas pu me doucher dans ma propre chambre et ai dû aller utiliser la douche de la chambre de mes parents. Le personnel s’est montré peu disponible et peu aimable, sans réelle solution apportée aux différents problèmes signalés. Plus grave encore, j’ai constaté une surfacturation pour des collations que je n’avais pas consommées, ainsi qu’une signature présentée comme étant la mienne alors que je ne l’avais pas apposée.
