+ Đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy giặt, bếp, tủ lạnh và lò vi sóng − Trải nghiệm của tôi tại khách sạn này khá thất vọng. Phòng không được vệ sinh kỹ. Sofa trong phòng có mùi rất khó chịu, nhiều vết ố và các vết bẩn không rõ nguồn gốc, khiến tôi gần như không thể sử dụng. Hành lang cũng thường xuyên có mùi hôi nặng, tạo cảm giác rất mất vệ sinh. Trước khi nhận phòng, tôi đã yêu cầu phòng có Wi-Fi ổn định để thuận tiện làm việc. Tuy nhiên, chất lượng Wi-Fi rất kém, kết nối chập chờn, mất nhiều thời gian để đăng nhập và thường xuyên tự động đăng xuất. Điều này ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến công việc của tôi trong thời gian lưu trú. Với tình trạng vệ sinh và chất lượng tiện ích như vậy, tôi không nghĩ trải nghiệm tương xứng với mức giá và sẽ không quay lại.

Unpleasant + Close to the BTS station − There was a strong smell ( don't know whether is chemical or painting smell) when we first entered the room, we have informed the person who brought in our luggages and he told us that it is the smell from the floor and it will be gone once we turned on the Aircon. We left the room with the Aircon turned on to 20 degree with high fan but the smell was still there when we returned after 5hrs later. Second problem was there were smell coming out from the Aircon in both the bedrooms, smell was so much worse in the master bedroom, I think it is the aircon filter wasn't clean therefore there was a dampen smell coming out from the Aircon, I was thinking of asking to change the room but it was like midnight already. As I was traveling with 3 young children, I was actually quite concerned all the smell as it can definitely be harmful to our body. Thirdly, outside the floor of the master bathroom was broken, cracked and imbalanced, when ever I walk…

Prix élevé, chose à améliorer possible pour la qualité du service + La proximité avec le train et le mall GATEWAY EKAMAI La demande de réservé notre taxi de retour a été rapide − Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié, pas de pancake ou bacon, pas de petit déjeuner international. La clime dans les chambres est directement orienté vers le lit, nous sommes tombés malade à cause de la clime nous avons attrapé la grippe. Nous étions 5 personnes déclaré mais il y avait 4 serviettes, 4 couverts, 4 chaises à la table à manger. Pour ce type d’hôtel et prix ils auraient pu faire un effort sur l’attention, nous avons été obligé d’aller leur demander. Bien mais cher pour un lit en plus de cette qualité, lit simple

Great stay with beautiful views + The staff were incredibly nice, we were so generously put in a room on the 29th floor with our bed made beautifully for our anniversary. The views were stunning and all the facilities in the room were perfect. The hotel was also located very close to ekkamai station which made it perfect for getting around Bangkok. − There was nothing not to like honestly, more advice is the elevators can get quite warm when the weather is hot so be aware of that however it’s such a short journey on the elevators that it really isn’t a bother at all.
