Irish rover + I have stayed here a few times before so that says a lot. Good value for money hotel. Room big and clean good movie channels. Small kitchen in each room fridge and microwave. Bath and shower most rooms sea view and balcony. It is a good little gem . Location is good .. and quiet for nights sleep. − Hotel Cut back slightly on buffet breakfast? free bus to terminal 21 is hit and miss. Pool needs a little shade .

+ I have stayed in the hotel before , so this is a good indication on how i rare the hotel. The rooms are big and the buffet breakfast is good. I would prefer a slightly softer bed but managed a week ok. The bathrooms have a bath and I have always had a sea view room... The hotel is quiet and no bars near by to disturb sleep. − The little transfer bus was not available, there is usually a transfer to Terminal 21. Got a call to check out early to the room telephone, I suspect it was from the cleaner to get the rooms vacated early. I did not get any request to leave before the appointed time 12am from reception

Great location with potential but poor management + Large rooms with confortable large beds Excellent location!! Walking distance to pattaya center, terminal 21 and the beach. Very good price − Beyond old facilities there is a serious maintenance problem. The pool accessible room had a stair not fixed at all that could have injured us very seriously. When mentioned they changed our room but did not fix it. The pool joints between tiles are heavily charged with green algea. The water may appear clear but it is because it is heavily chlorinated. When we mentioned it they acknowledged again but didn t fix over our 8 nights stay. The tuktuk on site was never available.
