Birthday stay + The staff were amazingly helpful and very professional. Always greeted with a smile and how I can I help . − For me personally the bed was a bit soft and also the pillows, this only due to what I use at home .

I will not come back because it’s not as it was described to be on there website + I only liked my room and Mee was really good he deserves all the credit and should be promoted − I didn’t like the reception staff they wasn’t very welcoming also I was not told that the swimming pool and sauna was going to be closed. Mee told me after I had checked in a spent the first night. My friend got locked in the bathroom because the door handle was already broken, my friend was in there for sometime until they got a staff member to open it. Luckily my friend had is personal phone with me to call me and tell me his locked in. They did upgrade the room for free of charge but they should have provided a better service.

+ Very good room and bed very confortable, I spent one week.The staff is great, at reception, housekeeping and the doorman are very friendly also.I would like to thanx Ands, Toay, Nice, Nan, Jam, at the front desk : Nueng, Koong, Jamie, the bell boy: Zang, Nong, Beany and the housekeeping Tom and Aon. Because they repaired the swimming pool now (finish 1 september) , the staff brought us to an another hotel and they offered beverage and ice cream.They also have massage, sauna, gym and a shuttle to go central Marina and Pattaya Beach.

こちらに宿泊することはもうないと思います + プールは楽しめたが、2日目から工事が始まり利用できなかったのが残念だった。近くの姉妹ホテルのプールを案内していた。部屋に洗濯機が付いているのが良い。乾燥機はないので近くのコインランドリーへ行った。乾燥のみで1回40B 25分でしっかり乾いていた。suite room宿泊者には可愛らしいアフタヌーンティーがサービスで付いていた。 − 家族大人4名で2泊しました。Two-bedroom suite で、片方はシングルベッド2台の部屋を予約していましたが、部屋に入ってみると、両方キングベッドだったためフロントに行くと、お詫びではなく予約した部屋がどのように満室なのかをずっと説明されました。仕方なくその部屋に泊まりましたが一人はソファに寝ました。さらに、夜になりバスタブが付いている方のbathroomからかなり強烈なドブのような臭いが充満してきました。1階だったからか？プールの修理を始めことと関係があるか？考えても分かりませんがそれはそれはひどい匂いでした。2泊目はツインベッドルームのついている予約通りの部屋に変更してもらいそれ以降は快適に過すことができました。しかし、この宿泊で一番悲しかったのはフロントの対応でした。朝コインランドリーに行くために100Ｂ紙幣をコインに両替してもらおうとフロントに行くと、話を最後まで聞かず途中で遮り洗濯についての話しを始め、英語がよく分からないので戸惑っていると終始高圧的な態度で洗濯について説明してきて、結果ただの両替希望だとわかるとコインがセットになった袋を放り投げるるよに渡して去っていきました。チェックアウトの時にはとても感じの良いスタッフの方がニコニコと宿泊サイトへの投稿を勧めてきたので、「あー予約した部屋と案内した部屋が違っていたことやドブ臭かったことなど何も共有されないし、何とも思っていないのだな」と思いました。
