+ A total waste of money. Horrible junk view from Balcony, room gets infested with mosquitos if left open for few seconds. Unfriendly staff, can't even communicate properly, housekeeping stole sovuvenir items bought (kept on table when went out). Nil hot water in wash basin, jet spray not working properly. For airport transfer, asked THB 1200 bucks against THB 800 displayed at reception. Much much better options available at same or lower prices

Excellent + We were 2 adult and 2 kids.... got early checkin also they upgraded us to a big family room as we had paid for extra bed.... such a nice place to be ...near patong beach still a bit away from noise...they even provide free water and soft drinks...

+ Great place to stay. Building view rooms look outwards from resort. Garden view room would have been quieter I think. Next time I would pay the extra money for the garden view room. Great location, close to everything. Nice pool area. Good short cut to the beach down the laneway. Heaps of good dining options nearby. Great medium priced option. Good facilities and good price. If we come back to Phuket again we would stay here.

nice stay + I've been here for 4 nights...nice location close to the heart of Patong...close to restaurants and nightlife and Patong beach is five minutes walking...nice big and clean room...superb breakfast with a variety of choices...nice big swimming pool...recommended

Happy to be back. + We had stayed at the R mar years ago and loved it, so wanted to get back to enjoy the great pool, massages available. It was just the same. Staff very polite and helpful, breakfast was great, with good variety. Rooms were sufficient size with a lovely balcony. We would return again.

+ Resort was very good overall.... Although, rooms can be very noisy though, plus marijuana smell from people smoking wasn't good.. Taxi pickup to airport, we asked for a car and got a bus, which was very very slow and frustrating as we were on a time schedule to airport.

Love hate relationship + Bit of a love hate with this hotel. We spent 7 nights here and the general hotel area is good and well presented the bathrooms are very dated and why a bath ?. loved the pool area and staff .Hated we was on the 3rd floor and no lifts? Loved they did a free BBQ for songkran festival. Hated was accused of stealing a Face towel on departure ? they check the room before you can leave .

Fabulous resort and great location + Absolutely fantastic stay at this resort. It's even better then the photos portrayed. It's a very short walk from the touristy area, fab restaurants, bars and shopping etc but far enough from the main road so that it is quiet and peaceful. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Everything was constantly being cleaned, swept and maintained. They even gave us water pistols, protective cases and a free buffet lunch during the water festival. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. Loved the massaman curry and frappes the most. The swim up bar was excellent and really good service. We did have the breakfast once, it was great but we wanted to try other restaurants in the area. Really beautiful hotel and grounds, good security and would 100% recommend.
