Conveniently located and service minded hotel + Conveniently located hotel with a good breakfast and clean rooms. Hotel reception helped us book a private driver for a day trip to Ayutthaya. We had a fantastic day with the driver. Can only be recommended. Overall we were happy with the stay and would gladly come back.

Excellent stay in the hart of Bangkok + We stayed this weekend in this hotel because it is close to most sightseeing places, palace, Wat Po, Baiyok, China Town, etc. Checkin is at 14.00h. But with our early arrival we could park our car already at their secured parking. The welcome is very friendly. The hotel is Beautiful and very clean. Rooms perfect. Tried the breakfast, an extended buffet of good quality. European and Thai dishes. Al in al highy recommended. Cheap for what you get.

Disappointed + Very disappointed. Despite the generally positive reviews, I was not satisfied with our stay. We ended up checking out after just one day. The shower functioned very poorly, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and quite noisy. Although the shower was repaired during our stay, it still did not work properly. I reached out to request a partial refund, but after several emails, I have received no response. Extremely poor service.
