The only good thing about this place was the location which was perfect for what we had to do + Main Bedroom was a reasonable size. − Living room has an extra double bed so there were no comfortable lounge type chairs. We had to sit on bed. PowerPoint in bedroom difficult for device charging. Kitchen was grubby and there was no hot water. Given this, we were hesitant about using the crockery thinking “ when was it last washed in hot water” Second bathroom was tiny and in need of renovation. Finding the place was difficult. Luckily our driver persevered and went over and above to find the entrance. Email we received after we’d paid instructed us not to talk to anyone we saw, not to answer the door, and which entrances we couldn’t use. We felt like criminals.

Exceptional + Fasility is complete, its like your own home, big fridge, stove, microwave, all complete including washing machine and everything, very suitable for travelling with family and a group of friends, its located near every famous Bangkok most famous destination. Admin is very helpfull too. And the most important is very value for money. One more thing, just right in front of this apartment there is fashion dept for big size and all very pritty and value for money, very reccomended. − The access to get the key is a bit confusing at first but then we find it convinient because we can enter December fashion department while we walking, so we can shop while we are walking.

Exceptional + We really appreciated the hospitality and the importance they gave for our well-being and safety. In terms of the suite, all I could say is 5 stars, exceeding our expectations. Overall, I highly recommend it anyone looking for a safe and happy stay at bangkok.

Location was good. Would recommend for a couple or singles travelling but not for families + Location was great − It wasn’t difficult to access, especially with many bags. It was a lot smaller than imagined and not very clean. We had a crawling baby and his clothes were always dirty after being on the floor

Great place stay to go shopping in Bangkok + Staff were extremely kind, very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the shopping area. Property was great value for money. − Initially I was concerned because I couldn't find it on Google and I couldn't understand the exact location of the property.. But all that was sorted as soon as I booked because they contact you and give you all the details.

Klimaanlage top, Internet lief, Kühlschrank neu – der Rest war eher ‘Survival-Edition Bangkok’. Wer Fotos statt Realität + Naja, es gab eine Klimaanlage, Internet und einen (neuen!) Kühlschrank – also die Basics für’s Überleben. Dafür schon mal drei Sternchen im Überlebensmodus. − Wo soll ich anfangen? Vielleicht damit, dass der Anbieter wirklich 24/7 erreichbar war – was auch nötig war, denn die Unterkunft selbst war ein Totalschaden. Die Fotos auf booking.com? Pure Fantasie.!!! Alles war abgelebt, teils kaputt, und improvisiert zusammengeschustert. Das Bett wurde mit Holzplatten gestützt, die Dusche wollte manchmal nicht duschen, und die Ausstattung erinnerte an Flohmarkt-Restposten. Es wirkte, als hätte man versucht, aus einem Minimum irgendwie ein Maximum zu verkaufen. Mit Kindern würde ich definitiv eine andere Unterkunft nehmen. Kidstauglich? Nicht mal ansatzweise.

Worse first night in Bangkok + We were a group of 11 from Australia. We were told that only 4 of us would have to sleep in another hotel not far away. We arrived at about 10.30pm. Due to some unexplainable reasons, getting to this hotel (no daily rental, go figure!!!) we had to take our luggage up 4-5 steps, my aunt is 76, had to do the same, through some shops in the mall, through a parking lot, in the lift to get to our room. Felt like we were trespassing, not allowed through the lobby like all the other guests who booked their rooms there. Staff member who took us there, was nice but did not speak any English. She took our money for the night, and told us our code to get back in the room. Was unable to explain anything else. 2 key passes for entering lobby and lift were left on the table. We were very tired after 23 hours being up. We went out to join the rest of the family and did not realise that those 2 passes were there on the table along with a few of our things. On our back, …

+ الشقة جيدة للنوم فقط اذا تبي شي قريب من السوق الشقة موقعها رهيب بجانب بلاتينيوم مول في عمارة سوق ديسمبر عبارة عن غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ وحمامين ويوجد سرير بالصالة أيضا − الشقة يوجد تحتها سوق وتسجيل الدخول يجب انك تدخل من السوق وتبدل المصعد ويوجد قدامها فندق وكلهم نفس الدخلة اول مرة تضيع شوي وبعدين الأمور تمام

We had the the best time with my friends! + Really close to the shopping hub of BkK Platinum Mall, Decembers, Pratunam Market, A bit of a walk to Central World too. You wont get hungry too coz theres food you can buy every where Location is exceptional. ✨✨✨💫 − Bathroom drainage is a bit smelly but manageable.

+ Lokalizacja jest wyśmienita. To największy i najcenniejszy atut tego wynajmu. Piękny widok z okien z 22 piętra. Internet bardzo dobry. Szybkie windy. W porównaniu z ogromnym hałasem na dole i drodze - tutaj dużo, dużo ciszej. − Kuchni praktycznie nie ma w sensie wyposażenia. Krzesła tylko 4! Jeden z materacy twardy jak deska. Podłoga podniesiona, uszkodzona w wielu miejscach. W łazience woda kapie (powoli i niewiele, ale jednak) z sufitu. Wszystko stare, nikt o to nie dba. Zdjęcia na Booking to są podrasowane zdjęcia z Photoshopa - na zdjęciach wszystko jest nowe i piękne a realnie ma około 20-30 lat. Zameldowanie jest co prawda dziwne, ale wynika to z faktu że formalnie w tym budynku jest zakaz wynajmu krótkoterminowego. Informacja co do całości oceny i jej kontekst dla mnie osobiście jest taki, że nie lubię takich sytuacji - to tak jakbyś kupował nowe auto ze zdjęcia a na miejscu się okazało, że auto ma 25 lat. To niemiłe. Gdyby nie to, to wystawiłbym ocenę 9 lub 10.
