Eigentlich nette Anlage, leider etwas runtergekommen. Unter der Woche wenig los, übers Wochenende viele lokale Gäste. Vo + Sehr großzügige Anlage, große Pools − Zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, renovierungsbedürftig, viel kaputt und wird nicht repariert

Excellent time + We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Rayong. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Most importantly, the service we received was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Sam from the Front Office. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel truly welcome. She was kind, professional, and attentive, creating a warm connection that made us feel valued as guests. Sam handled everything with confidence and genuine care, always willing to help and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Her positive attitude and outstanding hospitality truly made a difference. She is a wonderful ambassador for Marriott, and we are grateful for the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Sam, and thank you to the entire Marriott Rayong team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

-minus stars experience / STAY AWAY + I wish I could share a great review however this hotel hurts more than it helps you to enjoy, it’s straight out dirty, under staffed, service is below par, expect no valet parking, no famous Thai smiles and a 30m+ check in, a new key will take +10m and getting menus on the restaurant 10+m despite being totally empty I feel bad for the staff, when asking for a wine opener, staff member shared they have to buy their own and that he can’t borrow it. I am titanium elite and was told on arrival that no upgrades were available despite over 10 room categories showing availability online, a straight out lie which made me incredibly upset, the pool gutter around the main pool is broken and so are the tiles the condition of the rooms are unsellable with holes and broken wood panels moldy grouting, in room and mainpool etc etc where do I stop.. this hotel should be deflagged and is not worthy of carrying the Marriott flag.
