My stay was superb, I would recommend a stay at the resort to anyone who wants to really enjoy a relaxing vacation to Th + From the moment you entered the property until you leave it was a joyous experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the entrance, welcome area was very unique and feels like home away from home. The area was open, but cozy with a great ambiance. A welcome drink and given before the registration process. The place was exactly what was presented on the website. And the villa was even more beautiful than I imagined. − Everything thing.

− TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WE LEFT WITHIN 3 HOURS / SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD We did not even stay for one night. We arrived at 3 PM, evaluated the property, and by 6:30 PM we took a transfer to another hotel. The beach boardwalk is completely broken, collapsed, and there are loose, exposed cables right on the wet sand. This is an extreme and unacceptable danger for our 2-year-old child. The hotel management refused to refund our money and tried to offer a room upgrade instead, but we chose our son's safety over a free upgrade. Do not risk your family's safety at this resort.

+ Everything was exceptional! The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, truly made our stay memorable. Every waiters were so helpful and welcoming, making dining at the restaurant, which serves truly delicious food, a genuine pleasure.The room is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bungalows and villa garden is also beautiful. We really enjoyed the beach, even though it was the rainy season. − It's better to rent a motorbike to move from the hotel. But the hotel proposes some taxi and visites.

Excellent hôtel et staff! + Nous avons beaucoup apprecié l’environnement, la chambre, la qualité de service et le petit-déjeuner. Dès qu’on rentre dans cette hôtel, on se sent en vacances.Tout le monde travaille pour qu’on nous manque rien. − Malgré la qualité des infrastructures, je pense qu’il manque de l’espace pour des animations, jeux etc. Sinon tout était très bien!

Ottimo resort + Soggiorno molto piacevole, Resort molto bello, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera dandoci quella con la piscina, una villetta appartata molto grande, la doccia era una stanza, l'unico problemino le finestre non si chiudevano benissimo e nei giorni di forte pioggia l'acqua è entrata un pochino.. Il ristorante era veramente molto buono peccato solo per il servizio veramente molto molto lento, nonostante la bassa stagione e la poca gente. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il resort potesse dare ancora il suo meglio ma dato la bassa stagione si sia lasciato un pò andare, peccato perchè il posto è molto bello, la spiaggia una delle più belle di tutta l'isola. Personale molto gentile.
