Lovely place, amazing staff, great location and terrific facilities. + Pavilion is in a perfect position - central to Lamai, right by the night markets but its serene and peaceful all the time. The pools are excellent, the stretch of beach outside is beautiful and the staff are incredible. − We booked one of the villas with a “plunge pool” - the pool itself is tiny and shallow. It only went just over my knee ! Ludicrous. We took to calling it “the puddle”. Completely useless except for the smallest of kids. The room itself was dark and not too comfortable. The hotel facilities are great but the rooms could be better.

Vacaciones en Samui + Es muy completo. Nos hicieron un cambio de la habitación que teníamos reservada por otra, pagando la diferencia, ya que la primera estaba en el edificio de enfrente a la recepción. El personal muy atento y amable. La verdad que 10/10.

Schöne Anlage, mit Luft nach oben + Lage ist toll. Am Lamai Beach. Hotel ist schön. Wir hatten die Hydro Suite. Ist ein kleiner Whirlpool. Für uns sehr schön am Abend noch einmal zu entspannen. Night Markt direkt nebenan. Viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen. − Hotel muss wirklich mal anfangen zu renovieren. Es ist offensichtlich das die Fassade bröckelt. Frühstück war gut. Allerdings wenn wir vergleichen mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in Thailand ist da Luft nach oben. Es sind Kleinigkeiten. Aber dennoch sind sie uns aufgefallen. Wir können das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen.
