Good value for money + Good and clean free shuttle to town with pick ups. Comfy and clean. − The water park was shut for half of our stay they didn’t tell us that until after we booked and it was none refundable.

Tolles Familienhotel + Der gute Service und die Einrichtungen der Unterkunft speziell für Familien − Wir konnten leider „the wave“ nicht nutzen da es sanierungsarbeiten gab . Auserdem war der Bodenbelag in den Zimmern teilweise unprofessionell repariert worden mit Tape oder ähnlichem .

Kids Paradise + Affordable family-oriented hotel where your kids at any age will have a blast. Ours is only 1.5 yrs old and she loves the slider and shallow pool. We were there during long weekend school break and lobby was packed but check in was quick and well-managed but we were given no information about the hotel or breakfast or anything that hotel usually recommend to guests. They just handed us the key. Elevator queue is unfortunately always long. The room and bathroom works well. There's a pantry which is very practical. There should be a luggage rack though we had to put our luggage on the floor. Two big swimming pools with kids pools. The Wave is great but they need to fix the sandwash underneath urgently it's becoming sharp. They also need to adjust waterfall level at the tiny turtle pool it's way too strong and loud and you can see no one wants to play in that area. Breakfast is surprisingly tasty. Fantastic stay + Loved everything about this hotel. The huge water park was amazing, with lifeguards, life jackets, and plenty of seating, so it felt very safe and relaxing. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great, and the gym was a nice bonus. Definitely a place I'd love to stay at again!

Des vacances de rêve + La suite était très bien et la piscine à vagues. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée super. Nous étions pas loin des divers centre et attractions à voir − Que le frigo s'éteigne dès que l'on enleve la clef du coup les boissons ne sont pas fraîches

Extremely disappointed stay + Extremely Disappointing Stay A very disappointing experience at Center Point Prime Pattaya. Our child was hurt, and when we requested a small amount of ice for immediate relief, the staff refused to provide it. We also requested a pair of scissors simply to cut some fruits and vegetables that we wanted to eat in our room, and that request was refused as well. These are basic, harmless requests that one would reasonably expect a hotel to assist with, especially when a child is involved. Unfortunately, the staff came across as extremely uncourteous, unhelpful, and inflexible. A hotel is not just about rooms and facilities—it is also about hospitality and how guests are treated when they need a little assistance. Based on our experience, Center Point Prime Pattaya does not live up to that standard and would not be our choice for a future stay.
