Nice hotel, spacious villas. + Great spacious room, nice calm location, exceptional staff, very friendly and attentive. − The hotel is worn-out and needs reconstruction badly. The beach front restaurant is not used at all to its full potential, such a shame.

Magnifique séjour + Cet hôtel en bordure de plage est atypique par son architecture.. dès l'arrivée à la réception, nous avons l'impression d'être dans un temple.. magnifique. Notre chambre etait très belle, grande, bien agencée et équipée. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Le petit dejeuner servi à table est très varié et adapté à tous. Les plats du restaurant sont très bons et cuisinés à la commande. La piscine principale est très agréable. Bien situé à Lamai Beach, on peut aller dîner à pieds dans le centre animé. − Dans les jardins, un peu plus d'entretien (plantes fanées) et quelques rénovations à prevoir (toitures en bois anciennes par exemple) pour que ce lieu reste magique car il l'est malgré tout et rien n'a gâché notre séjour dans ce lieu très agréable

This is like living in a Thai palace , the buildings and gardens are fabulous, the staff are fun and kind. + This is a very beautiful property, designed like a Thai temple or palace. It is exceptional, quiet and relaxing. Decor is a bit tired in places but nothing a good maintenance team couldn’t quickly sort out. Some basic upgrading and painting is required. The breakfast room has wonderful staff but is a dark traditional room on a bright sunny morning with tired old piano music playing on a loop. It’s bleak. Put a breakfast kitchen (egg station) in the beach front restaurant and serve from there - provide a better experience for guests. There’s new management but they need to be innovative and shake things up a bit. The pool villa is fantastic. − The beach bar/restaurant is under used, there is no life to the place. Such a shame as it has a wonderful location on the beach and is built in a lovely traditional style. There’s nothing like it along the whole beach and it …

Hier findet man Erholung!! + Ammatara Pura bietet ein fantastisches tempelartiges Anwesen direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben uns für die Pool Villa mit Gartenblick entschieden und sie war perfekt. Die Ausstattung hatte wirklich alles zu bieten, von perfekt eingerichteter Küche bis Aussendusche, und der Aussenbereich war ein Ort der Entspannung und Ruhe. Wenn man mag, ist man jedoch auch fussläufig direkt im Trubel mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend

Well worth the 5 stars - excellent and cozy hotel I would highly recommend + The hotel was smaller than expected but it gave a great feel of a local almost boutique hotel. Staff were super attentive without you feeling they were hovering. They were always around when you needed them, very helpful and very polite. The architecture was stunning, well functioning and well kept. We booked a room with garden view but it also had sea view. The room was very big, clean and included a bubble bath, full kitchen, walk-in-closet, several desks and a pool. Food was amazing. Breakfast could be ordered via a QR code the day before with a very large level of flexibility in the orders. Lunch and dinner was equally great although somewhat more expensive than going to other local restaurants. We booked room service a few times and it was swift and very tasty. The beach is great and child friendly (I’ve stayed at Bophut beach before which is also good but visibility in the water and they steep…

Séjour magnifique, personnel adorable et efficace, hôtel magique malgré une situation un peu excentrée + Établissement magnifique, on se croirait dans un palais thaïlandais. Le personnel est adorable. La plage est magnifique. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La piscine privée est un bonheur. − Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de transats sur la plage mais je crois qu’ils n’ont pas le droit. L’espace transat face à la mer pourrait être amélioré. Lamai est excentré.
