A truly special riverside retreat in Chiang Mai + Raya Heritage was really something special. The whole property feels like a beautiful, peaceful retreat next to the Ping River, with exquisite attention to detail throughout. Our Rin Terrace Suite was incredibly comfortable, to the point where we often just wanted to stay in and relax. The room, the design, the quiet atmosphere and the setting all worked beautifully together. The pool was also a welcome daily dip to cool off after being out in the Chiang Mai heat. We really enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel. Breakfast at Khu Khao was excellent, and dinner there was a lovely, relaxed experience. High tea from Laan Cha Tea Terrace was another highlight and fitted the calm riverside atmosphere perfectly. The massages at Al Waan Spa were outstanding. + 從一到Raya就感受到度假的氛圍，員工相當熱情和貼心，整體環境很乾淨且放鬆，房間空間足夠，床和寢具組都相當舒服，也提供充足的飲用水，健身房空間不大，但基本設施都還不錯，退房時間可至12:00，享用完早餐還能會房間休息一下再退房，整體來說是值得回訪的地方 − 因為綠植的關係，戶外空間的蚊子多，飯店有提供防蚊液，但蚊子還是很猖狂，若容易被蚊子叮的體質可能會有些困擾，不過房間內無蚊子可以好好待在房間休息

Outstanding stay at Raya Heritage + We recently visited Chiang Mai and stayed at the beautiful Raya heritage .. we had a lovely experience staying there .. the staff was very very courteous and helpful .. shout out to Lala, Frank , First and Charlie .. they were all very very helpful .. also the chef was kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for the kids since we were vegetarian.. beautiful luxurious rooms by the riverside ..we would live to visit again

Luxurious Hotel Amazing Staff + Luxurious property, beautiful location & grounds. Staff amazing. Rooms spacious & visually fantastic. Restaurant is nice, food tasty in the evening. − Bed seemed worn, mattress uncomfortable. Breakfast portions extremely small, you can order multiple items but it’s hassle. We are used to their sister property Rayavadee, which offers more.

The best hotel in Chiang Mai by far, and a beautiful river retreat while being close to everything + The breakfast was incredible, the staff amazing, the room beautiful, and they had such attention to detail and the concierge was so helpful in booking our activities. We were there as part of our honeymoon and I would happily stay here again!

It’s an escape from my hectic life, and I would love to return again. + The lobby and reception are simply stunning. They match the beautiful photos on the website and showcase exquisite architectural art. The space exudes a cozy and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in such a peaceful setting. The greenery and flowers are meticulously arranged, adding to the overall ambiance. Although the bell rings, it’s a beautiful sound that enhances the tranquil environment. − By myself, not really into the food there because it doesn’t taste like the food in Thailand, but it’s a more fusion style witches matches foreigners taste. I visited this place alone and wasn’t particularly impressed with the food. It didn’t taste like the authentic Thai cuisine I’m used to. However, it did offer a fusion style that appealed to foreigners.

Fantastic boutique hotel with incredible people, in cultural Chiang Mai + Absolutely gorgeous hotel with under 30 rooms, right beside the slow moving PING River. Beautiful landscaped grounds, incredible decor (3 floors only, with distinct colors in each floor of rooms), a fantastic boutique (Him Gong), but best if all is its people -- warm, helpful, always cheerful and so very personable. Front desk First, Charlie, Joyce, the drivers Chin & Supar, boutique staff Sai & GIFT, and all the incredible folks at the restaurant. What a fantastic hotel, and a place I will return every year!
