⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spacious Room, Beautiful Seaview & Friendly Service + We stayed at Andaman Beach Suites Hotel during our Phuket trip and overall had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage, which was much appreciated. We arrived at around 10 AM, and although the standard check-in time was 2 PM, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage and later asked us to return around 12 PM for check-in. This was a really nice touch because we didn’t have to wait around until 2 PM. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with a welcome drink and cold towel provided. Our room was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sea view and balcony. We really enjoyed relaxing in the room and the view was beautiful. A most relaxing stay. I felt at home. Thanks. + My room was on the 16 floor with a spectacular view of the bay. I could sit on my open balcony for hours. So beautiful. Room clean and really nice to relax in. The room and hotel area is nice an quiet It made me feel good in my skin. − The breakfast needs be a little fresher.

أهتمام بالتفاصيل لاقامه رائعه + كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة جدًا بشكل عام. الغرف جميلة ومريحة، والإطلالة رائعة، وأكثر ما أعجبني هدوء الفندق ونظافته واهتمام الطاقم بالنزلاء. كذلك كان الإفطار لذيذًا ومتنوعًا وتوجد خيارات جيدة تناسب مختلف الأذواق. وأحب أن أوجه شكرًا خاصًا إلى Rus وJoy من طاقم بوفيه الإفطار، فقد كانتا دائمًا في غاية الترحيب والبشاشة، واستقبلتانا بابتسامة جميلة وحسن تعامل في كل مرة، إضافة إلى تعاونهما واهتمامهما المستمر، وهو ما جعل تجربة الإفطار أكثر راحة ومتعة. ، كان الفندق ممتازًا من ناحية الغرف والإطلالة والهدوء والنظافة والإفطار، وأشكر جميع أفراد الطاقم الذين تعاملوا معنا باحترام واحترافية. − أما أسوأ ما في تجربتي فكان تعامل الموظفة Nam المسؤولة عن إعداد البيض في بوفيه الإفطار. ففي إحدى المرات كان هناك طابور من النزلاء ينتظرون إعداد البيض، وفجأة قامت بسؤالي أنا تحديدًا من بين جميع الموجودين عن رقم الغرفة، وبأسلوب جعلني أشعر بوجود تمييز وعنصرية في التعامل. والأغرب أن التحقق من رقم الغرفة ليس من مهامها أصلًا، فقد سبق أن سألتني الموظفة المسؤولة عند مدخل المطعم عن رقم الغ…
