Nie wieder!!!!! − Personal hat beim Check in unseren Koffer beschädigt. Anschließend wollten sie es mit Sekundenkleber reparieren? Als wir um Schadensregulierung gebeten haben wurde behauptet das der Koffer bereits bei Ankunft kaputt war. Die Toilette im Zimmer war von den Gästen vor uns mit Fäkalien verschmutzt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Wasserspender immer leer.

Jona and Mayan in the reception is so amazing + I had a great stay at Radisson RED. The cleanliness was very good, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great selection. A special thank you to Marian and Jona for making the experience even better. They were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and excellent at communicating. They were always helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Great service and hospitality overall. I would definitely recommend Radisson RED and would be happy to stay again! − Nothing

מלון מצויין, תמורה טובה למחיר. + צוות נהדר, עושים הכל כדי לעזור, אווירה נעימה בכל חלקי המלון, מיקום מעולה, קרוב להכל ועם זאת שקט מאוד ונעים, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד − המבנה קצת מיושן זה לא מפריע להתנהלות או לשהות, רק נותן טיפה הרגשה ״פחות נוצצת״ ממה שהיית מצפה מחמישה כוכבים.

+ מקום מעולה בפטונג. לובי ענק וממוזג עם די גיי שמנגן מתוך עצדה רוב שעות היום. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת.. בריכה נעימה מאוד ומועדון ילדים חביב. חדר כושר ענק. − היינו לא בעונה אז הרגשנו מעט בדידות בבריכות. 2 מעליות לא היו תקינות.
