Beautiful boutique hotel in central Chiang Mai + Beautiful hotel situated beside the Ping River close to the centre of town. Close to great restaurants and the night markets. The facilities are brilliant, lovely pools especially the Colonial Villa suite pool. The restaurant is great, good room service and lovely breakfast. The service is of extremely high quality and the staff are lovely (particularly if you're travelling with a 5 month old baby!). Front of house team led by Beam helped make my 40th birthday really special! The team in the restaurant were great and all very friendly and helpful The hotel is very well kept - great friendly groundsmen and the housekeeping team are really good. Only real complaints were noise from across the river on the weekend nights but it's not offensive. Rooms could do with a little more storage for longer stays. We were happy with the price we paid for the stay. It is reasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel + The staff at the hotel were so lovely and Beam and Dee really looked after us. Such a romantic setting and the location was ideal for being in the heart of Chiang Mai. We were really grateful to Beam for recommending some places to visit. Super easy to get a tuk tuk to explore the city. Would really recommend this hotel and we hope to stay here again next time we are in Chiang Mai.

Un havre de luxe et de volupté proche de la vielle ville + Ce Resort est magnifique et donne l’impression de s’immerger dans la Thaïlande d’autant loin des hôtels aseptisés entre luxe, et volupté. L’architecture des bâtiments, la position près de la rivière, l’arbre magnifique et la piscine participent à cet émerveillement. Le service est incroyable rempli de petites attentions de l’accueil à la conciergerie et au personnel de chambre. Enfin la restauration est d’un niveau excellent. À recommander sans hésiter. − Rien. Five star experience! + This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The location was perfect for Chiang Mai. The customer service is incredibly good and the vibes were always great. The amenities are fantastic - the pool is refreshing and the rooms are clean. The daily breakfast was one of the highlights of staying here. Can't recommend it enough. Beam was the sweetest staff member we've ever met - she was helpful, friendly, and kind to us throughout our stay. We're going to miss this place!

Highly recommended - amazing hotel and atmosphere. Great for couples. + We pretty much liked everything. The service and staff were excellent. The room they gave us was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. The atmosphere was beautiful. We would highly recommend Na Nirand! Every detail was covered. And the pool was amazing. We also had great massages at their spa. − We told them that we recommend having an additional towel rack near the sink in the bathroom.

A perfect place to relax + I absolutely love this hotel! The atmosphere is so peaceful, green, and romantic. It's the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. I was really impressed with the room. It was clean, stylish, and had such a nice design. The stay also included breakfast, and there were so many different options to choose from. Another great thing is the location. It's close to the Night Bazaar, so it's really convenient if you want to go out in the evening.
